3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse style condo. 1 queen bed on the top floor with a 3/4 bathroom. Large full kitchen with a separate dining area and a spacious main floor living room on the 2nd floor. Living room includes Internet access, 40' flat screen HDTV with cable TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, fire place. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor. First bedroom sleeps 2 in 2 single beds. 1 bath on 1st floor is shared. Second bedroom is the master bedroom with a private full bathroom and outside access to the first floor patio.

There is a ski closest outside 2nd floor - front door, for storing your ski equipment, golf clubs or other similar sized outdoor equipment.

Renal includes complimentary use of Meadow Ridge Clubhouse. Amities include an outdoor year-round heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, weight and cardio room, tennis courts and racquetball courts, steam-room, showers and complimentary towel service.

A laundry facility is located in the clubhouse along with a conveniently located Ski Broker for all ski and snowboard rental needs.

Our family members are mostly Colorado natives, Kim and our boys. John is effectively a native since he has lived in Colorado for most of his life. We all enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, biking, rock hounding, skiing, hunting, fishing and camping.

Why John and Kim Rodell chose Winter Park Area

We bought this property so that we could have access to a condo at our favorite ski area, Winter Park/Mary Jane, that we could ski from and for summer activities. Our boys are getting older and we wanted to spend more time with them before they leave the flock. Hopefully, the condo will also entice them to come visit us often.

What makes this condo unique

The great things we love about this condo is that it is reasonably close to where we live so we have the opportunity to use it often. The condo is close to Denver, about 90 minutes to most of Denver. It has great views. It is fully furnished. The kitchen has all the plates, glasses and electric gizmos you would need.

The other reason we really liked this property is because of the townhouse style of the condo. There are no condos below it or above it and the condo is in a very quite area with an awesome recreation club.

We had a great time in this home away from our home! Fraser is such a family area. We were there for a wedding, birthday party for our twin grandchildren's 3rd

birthday. We actually got to go to Fraser's Rodeo! This rodeo was so cute with so

many things for kids to do there. Safeway is a great grocery & odds & ends we forgot to bring. Owner John was super pleasant, if we needed info on something he got right back to us! Property had everything we needed. We will definitely stay at this property again! So many things to do in this area. We felt right at home the minute we got inside the Condo! Thank you, John & Family for the very

comfortably furnished condo!

Beautiful condo, perfect location

I fell in love with this mountain condo. Our girls trip turned out wonderful. The condo was beautifully decorated. I received a phenomenal price to begin with and the condo exceeded all my expectations. The beds and linens were wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was more than enough

space for the four of us. We were extremely comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing. Every sunrise and sunset we were enjoying from the balcony, although you wouldn't even have to leave the couch to see it. This condo is perfectly located and very convenient to any need that you may have. We traveled to the Rocky Mountain national park and spent an entire, incredible, breath-taking day there. The next day we spent a few hours walking around Estes Park.. Gorgeous town. We also enjoyed the town of Breckenridge. Dining in the mountains was also great. We thoroughly enjoyed driving through The Garden of The Gods.. Unbelievable! The best part of our busy days was that we had this incredibly comfortable condo to return to at night. We are forever grateful for the wonderful experience and 5 star condo in a perfect location. Thanks again

Lovely Scenery & Excellent Accomodations

Our family if 4 stayed for 5 days over the July 4th Holiday. The condo was very well appointed & centrally located to so many outdoor activities! I cannot brag enough about the condo. It was very clean & comfortable. Plenty of linens & a well stocked kitchen. Our boys loved the loft and we enjoyed the open living space. We will stay at this property again. Our family voted this trip to Fraser, CO the best vacation ever and the best stay!!
