The Ski access from this property is fantastic (ski down to Gondola right from the property and at the end of the day ski down to Lift One where you will be just steps to the property). Walk everywhere NO need to drive! Public transportation one block away offering free shuttles around town and to surrounding ski areas such as Buttermilk, Highlands and Snowmass. Heated pool and Jacuzzi available year round. Washer/dryer in condo, fireplace, ski locker at parking level, 1 parking space on property and off-street permit for second vehicle.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with double sinks, Kohler faucets, large walk-in shower and tub. The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom with one sink, Kohler faucets and bathtub/shower. The Loft has double bed and bathroom with shower.

All beds and baths have luxurious white towels and linens. Complimentary internet access.

About Victoria Barrena

For 17 years, I owned a small mom and pop coffee shop in Aspen called Zele which was the local's favorite hang. Several years ago I retired and Zele closed it doors. Today in place of Zele is Peaches Cafe another great local hot spot. Looking to spend more time with my mom in Vancouver Canada and my daughter in New York. I am passionate about the outdoors and love skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer....especially hiking Smuggler in the mornings with my girl friends!

Property backs on to Aspen Mountain and is surrounded with great hiking trails or snowshoe trails just behind the property. One of Aspens few properties that is ski down to Gondola. Also very few have an outdoor pool with pool deck for summertime tenant this is great. Winter tenants have great outdoor Jacuzzi Hot Tub to hang in after long day on slopes. Not having to drive at night when coming back from restaurants or nightlife is a big plus! You can't beat this location it is fabulous.
