The views of the mountains and entire city from this home are just amazing.

This beautiful home has just been completely renovated. It has amazing views of Tucson and the Catalina Mountains surround you as you lounge by the pool. It is three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath with a gorgeous remodeled kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. There are cable TV's in every room, a computer with internet in one of the guest rooms, a barbeque area that over looks the pool, 2 living room areas that are separated by a double sided fireplace...what else can I say other than you'd have to see it to believe it!

  • Every bedroom has a TV. The first guest bedroom with the Queen bed has a magnificent view of the city. The second guest bedroom with the 2 full beds has access to a sliding glass door to the backyard. Once you see this house you will want to come back year after year. The entire home was renovated (October-January 2013). Due to it's central location, there are 20 restaurants within 2 miles, as well as, art galleries, shopping, and bike and hiking trails.

View is spectacular!

Six girlfriends on our annual summer trip! Overall we were very happy with our stay. Our main disappointment was the tempt. of pool. We thought with the tempt. as high as it was outside the pool water would of been warmer. It was too costly for us, to heat it for the week. Beds were comfortable. More bed pillows would of been helpful. Great location. Should of had the monthly exterminater come before our stay. Weren't fond of the amount of spiders in and around the house, increased throughout the week. It would of been helpful to have a channel listing for the televisions. We will definitely recommend this house.

Great views and amenities!

We loved the house! The views were amazing and the house had a great layout and was immaculate. The outdoor space was even better. The pool and grill area were great for relaxing and family bonding.

Nothing overlooked yet everything overlooked

Just as shown in the information. But the views ( everything overlooked)are more spectacular from east to west night and day! From the veranda, from the pool, from the living room! And quiet! The house is well layed out and all necessities there ( nothing overlooked). We will be back!

If you love being in the Catalina Foothills this is an ideal location to be. The heated pool is a plus. I would stay here again.

Everything and More

This property has so much going for it. Even with the pool, all the flat screen TVs, and huge kitchen... our favorite thing was to just sit on that front patio and stare out at the view. Distant mountains and big-sky during the day with an amazing night-time view of Tucson after dark. So much entertainment value in just walking around the neighborhood and staring at the cacti and wildlife. Being from Wisconsin, this was like a trip to another planet. I guess that we're easily amused. :)

Any regrets? We should have checked into the local hiking trails up through the Catalina Mountains. Discovered the local trail heads late in our stay and ran out of time. These looked like some awesome trails to experience.

We miss the area and will be back for sure.

another great stay

We stayed at the Jumper house for the second time and continued to enjoy our 2 weeks there. The house is clean, well maintained and the grounds nicely done. Sitting on the porch with the views and reading is a nice way to open the day. Near hiking trails and golf. The pool was clean and we had it warmed for the grandkids who loved it. The hot water pressure in the back sink of the master john is very weak. Susan and Randy were timely in addressing issues and making sure things were right. The internet went out and Susan got right back with how to fix it and the propane ran out and was replaced right away. Easily sleeps 6.

If the house doesn't offer enough with it's spectacular views and various amentities, it is also close to Sabino Canyon. A great place very well known for hiking, sight seeing, biking etc. There are also great areas for golfing such as the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf Resort just minutes away. La Encantada is also just a mile away and offers a great shopping experience with stores such as Coach, Louis Vuitton, Pottery Barn, Tiffany & Co and many others. There are also a variety of locations to choose from for a great dining experience.
