Quiet, Clean, Modern!

We had a wonderful stay in Jerusalem. The flat felt brand new - it was sparkling clean as well. It had everything we could need. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We really got to feel like locals and loved being near a children's park plus felt close to everything. The AC was great during the August heat wave. Wonderful to head back to the flat for a quiet mid day siesta and then hit the town when the city cooled off a bit for the evenings. The only thing that could've been better was that the washer and dryer were german and had no english instructions that I could find. Had to look up the german settings on my iPhone so I could figure it out! We loved the flat and especially the two gleaming bathrooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Thank you!

New, modern, and located well

Wow, great location on this gem! Love the neighborhood, walking distance to the Old City and great eateries. The modern kitchen, apt. upgrades and heated floors made our stay very enjoyable and pleasant. This is a steal! My advice is to grab it if you want a beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood in the heart of Jerusalem.

Graet apartment in Rehavia

THis property was cleaned and well maintained. The listing was accurate and the description was to a T. There was things I did not like about the apartment was that there was no parking for the rental when there was a large parking area always empty. Last was I missed having windows in the living room and in the bedrooms. Only one room had windows but it was okay since I was out all days with my grandchildren. I would stay here again cause you can't beat the location its in walking distance to everything.

Lovely New Apartment, Great Location.

This is a lovely, ground level, new apartment in a beautiful new building on a very quiet street. The apartment is an easy walk from downtown, the Old City and Emek Rafaim and is a short block from several major bus lines. While the photos are a good reflection of the rooms and furniture, the kitchen is smaller than it appears in the photo. The beds are very firm. The other item to note is that there are no windows in the kitchen and living room area. A bit of light comes in from some frosted glass near the front door and from a small pane of frosted glass high up in the kitchen. The heating and air conditioning work well and hot water is abundant. The property managers are very available and very helpful. If you are not bothered by not having windows to open in the kitchen and living room (limited natural light and fresh air) then this apartment is a GREAT find.
