Our 6th floor unit has beautiful beachfront and sunset views that enables you to relax to the sounds of the ocean waves and fantastic breeze. Our unit is centrally located steps away from Marco Island's 3 1/2 mile pristine crescent beach. Marco is known for its shelling on the white sandy beaches.

The Sea Winds has its own private beach access, heated pool, ample parking, 24 hour security, 2 tennis courts, steam room, cabana room, and restaurant next door. You are within easy walking distance from para-sailing, kayaking, paddle boating, wave runner rentals, beach shops, and the movie theater.

The 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit has been completely renovated with new cabinets, granite counter tops, high end stainless steel appliances. This unit was gutted and renovated by a prestigious designer and contractor. The unit has new furniture, bedding, towels, and accessories. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and 39” flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 new twin beds and a 32” flat screen TV. The living room has a new sleeper queen sofa that will comfortably sleep 2 and 2 new rocker/swivel chairs so you can comfortably watch the 50” flat screen TV while enjoying the ocean and beach view outside the glass sliding doors. I am am originally from Indianapolis Indiana area and decided to take a trip down to Marco for the first time in 2011. I immediately fell in love with the island and knew what a great invest it would be to buy property here I loved it so much I decided to purchase a couple condos.. Both my condos I have completely renovated and updated them to my standards which I would have to say is very nice. My clients have been very pleased with my properties and I already have had repeats. I recently became a licensed realtor in Florida secondary to the fact that I love the life style Florida enables us to acquire and I want to share the opportunity with others. Since I have 4 children ranging from ages 5 to 19 I decided that it would be nice to invest in a home with the perfect location for access to the beach which lead me to the purchase of this home. This home appealed to me because there was only one previous owner and well maintained. Plus location, location, location!! I gave my interior designer and contractor a call to update my home so all my clients would love it as much as I would.

I love Marco Island because of the climate. Even when it’s blazing hot you still have that amazing gulf breeze when you’re by the Ocean. Marco has so many things to offer such as parasailing, fishing, Jet Ski tours, kayaking, sailing and everglades excursions. It is very common to see dolphins not too far off shore line along with other neat little sea creatures. I cannot forget to mention the beautiful white sandy beaches and Marco is one of only seven crescent beaches in the world.

There are so many reasons why I fell in love with Marco. There are so many amazing restaurants that I would be happy to recommend for you and there is something here to satisfy everyone’s pallet. Another great benefit of vacationing in Marco is that you have the benefits of being close to a larger city without the daily hassle of traffic. Old Naples is only a 30 minute drive from Marco were you can shop, eat and sing karaoke in one stop. Waterside shops are about 35 minute drive if you’re interested in some of those real nice high end stores. When you’re done you can come back to your retreat and enjoy the serenity of Marco.

This property’s location enables you to enjoy the benefits of the Marriott but with more privacy and a lot more room. When you walk into my condo you will notice all the little touches that really make a difference in its overall appearance. My goal is to entice you to want to come back to Marco year after year to make wonderful memories and enjoy all Marco has to offer.

We had great difficulty with the owner. We asked to extend our original 5 nights and Nicole said the additional days were available on the calendar and she would "comp" us 2 more nights because the window treatments were falling apart and because there were housekeeping problems-sand in the shower and nutshells on the floor. On the 4th night of our stay, she asked us to leave because she made a mistake & that the condo was booked for the additional days that she originally said were free. She basically double booked on Saturday & Sunday. She offered us to move to a neighboring condo complex. That condo was smaller & would require us to pack up all our belongings & groceries & move for 1 night. I told Nicole I was disappointed & frustrated, so we left the next day. She promised to comp us 4-5 free nights in the future to make up for the inconvenience. She assured me that she is "good for her word." (Which ended up meaning nothing.) When I selected dates in November, she said she would check and later confirmed that those dates were available. When I requested a contract for the November dates, as I didn't wholly trust her word without a contract, she waited for about a week of me daily requesting a contract, her repeatedly sending the one we had just had in June, & then later stated that those dates in November were taken & that she only books for 5 day minimum at that time. If they were comped days, it shouldn't matter, in my opinion. This was after she stated that the dates were available but she just had some personal issues & didn't remember to block those dates. I have never had such difficulties with a VRBO owner in the past. I will never book this condo again because the owner is disingenuous, disorganized, & unprofessional.

Now for the condo itself - The condo has great potential, it needs TLC here & there. The the view from the balcony is spectacular. The kitchen appliances are good quality & there is adequate storage. The granite counters are very attractive & the decor is tasteful. The king bed is very comfortable. There are ample linens & towels. The washer & dryer in the unit are a wonderful convenience.

For the cons, the photos of the condo are somewhat misleading, because the space is much, much smaller. Housekeeping is substandard - sand in shower & nutshells on the floor. Upholstery is stained on the couch and lounge chairs. We won't return due to the owner ruining our vacation plans and not so much because of the condo itself.

Great Island, Great Location, Great Condo

Marco Island and the Sea Winds are an unbeatable combination for a great vacation. We have stayed in Marco Island a number of times over the last 20 years and have always enjoyed it. We stayed at the Sea Winds for the last two years and have been very pleased. The Sea Winds is a very well maintained condo complex, friendly staff, a great pool and perfect location on the beach. It is at the southern portion of the Island which means the beach is narrower with a closer walk to the shore also providing great views of the Gulf and Porpoises. We enjoyed being on the 6th floor because of the beach and Gulf view. Our unit was beautifully decorated and updated with granite counter tops and Stainless appliances. We liked the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable which was important for a three week stay. We had a couple of appliance issues that came up during our stay but they were completely resolved to our satisfaction by Nicole Bauer the condo owner. There is an outside storage closet near the condo which makes a convenient place to store beach items easily. There are provided beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to help carrying items to the beach easily. We really appreciated that...Overall the condo was very well equipped, very comfortable and a place we enjoyed bringing friends to. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and would recommend it to our friends.

I loved this place

I just returned home after spending 4 fantastic weeks in this condo. It's exactly as described. The beds and couch are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The washer/dryer in the unit is convenient. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The view is unbeatable. You wake up in the master bedroom looking right at the gulf. You can see the gulf as you take a shower (which was amazing). The sunsets on the lanai are terrific every night. The pool is clean and was never overcrowded. The beach is full of shells and is great for walking too. I felt safe the entire time I was there. It's close to all the shops so I walked to most places except the wonderful Pubix grocery store. I will not hesitate to rent this condo again. In fact I plan to return.

Lovely condo on the beach

Very comfortable from the king bed, living area chairs and sofa to the lounge chairs on the balcony. The sunsets are breath taking. The beach is wide and sandy and full of shells. The heated pool was a delight. Close to restaurants and shops. Plenty of beach chairs, toys and coolers at your disposal. Only negative was the sliding screens to the balcony are in need of some TLC. They were difficult to open and close, thus the 4 star rating. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!
