Quaint, Cozy & Clean

  • 5 of 5

I was traveling alone with my two kids (4&6) so I had some pretty tall orders for our rental choice. This cottage met them all! I was so pleased with everything and I have zero doubt that we will rent this cottage the next time we visit family in the greater Bristol area. The shower drain issue has been fixed since prior complaints were made. I would still strongly recommend upgrading the dining room table (very small, really only fits two dinner plates at a time, wobbly so make other seating plans). I will say this was the cleanest, best kept rental I've visited yet and would recommend this to anyone.

Great place !

  • 5 of 5

We rented the house for the Bristol Rhythm and Roots festival with my sister and Dad. It was clean, cute and in a great close location. Will consider renting again if back in the area for the same festival.

Was way better than a hotel room!

This was a nice little cottage! Too bad the lake is dried up there. Still had a nice view from the upper deck of the pier!

Very Nice Cottage

  • 5 of 5

When we arrived we felt at home immideately, it is a nice cottage.

Everything is clean and works. The garden is nice and well maintained.

Minor points are the eating table and chairs are very wobbly but acceptable for a hollyday stay

It is a luxury 4 person house, for 6 it is too small.

It is maybe a little commercial as we never spoke to the people who rented it to us.

The house is equiped with everything and more than you need.

It is situated very central in the tri cities area.

The neighbours are very nice and helpfull

Police station accros the street, but no abundant sirens yelling

We had a nice stay, we loved it and we will come back

Great place to stay!

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were in town to visit family. Met our needs for the most part! Recliner needs to have hand control for ease of use and lock the foot rest. Other than that it was great!

Reminds me of my childhood home.

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was the perfect location for our stay. This is an older home located in a small rural community between Bristol TN/VA and Johnson City.

While not well suited for a large family, lt is great for a couples getaway. This was our second visit and we will definitely return.

I lived in the Tri Cities area for 60+years. Staying here is like coming back home.
