Spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath townhome (sleeps 8)
Walk to the gondola or take the free bus that stops at our driveway. Enjoy a spectacular view of the mountain from the spacious living room or the deck outside. Relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing. Dine in or head for one of many Steamboat Springs restaurants.
Our Alpine Vista townhome sleeps eight in four bedrooms, each with its own bath. Two of these are master suites with king beds. The suite on the main level boasts a Jacuzzi tub; the one on the third level comprises an entire floor. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. There are TVs in all but the twin bedroom.
The kitchen has a gas range, granite counter tops with plenty of space for cooks and helpers to work, all the appliances, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils you need, plus basic food items.
The dining room table accommodates eight easily, more if you squeeze. The adjacent living room, with its vaulted ceiling and big windows, is the center of activity. It has big comfy couches, a media center, and a gas fireplace.
The large heated garage provides space for skis, poles, boots, snowboards, helmets, outdoor clothing, and any other paraphernalia needed to have fun in the mountains. A full sized washer and dryer are on the ground floor.

About Rick Bourdon
We raised our family in Colorado, and Steamboat has long been our favorite vacation spot, both winter and summer. The kids (four of them) learned to ski here, and the sport remains our favorite thing to do together as a family. Our children are grown up and scattered now, and we've moved back to New England, our home turf, but Steamboat still serves as a locus for family vacations.
Rick Bourdon purchased this Townhome in 2011
Why Rick Bourdon chose Steamboat Springs
Our family has been coming to Steamboat since the seventies. We've always been skiers, we have good friends nearby, and the trip up here from Fort Collins was a whole lot more pleasant than navigating I-70 to other ski areas. If you hit it right, the skiing here (the tree skiing in particular) is unbelievable. In summer the hiking is fantastic, too. We're especially fond of the Flat Tops.
What makes this Townhome unique
We bought a three-bedroom condo in Steamboat in 2000, and it served us well. But by 2011, with the addition of grandchildren and the prospect of more to come, we needed more space. Real estate prices and interest rates made upgrading possible, so we started looking. The Alpine Vista townhome was one of the first properties we saw, and though we visited many more, we kept coming back to this one for 'just one more look.' And we took the plunge. Alpine Vista was a huge step up for us in terms of space and quality of construction. The place was (and is) immaculate. The view of the ski area through the big set of east facing windows is spectacular. The kitchen functions nicely, the living room is filled with light and can accommodate a crowd, and the bedrooms offer plenty of privacy. The place just feels right. We are so happy to have it.

Very Very Nice Would stay there again.
Property was very clean. Enough pots pans plates utensils to feed 8-10. (Only had 4) Close to slope (had rental car) minutes away. Furniture up to date.
Spring break 2017
Great property, approx 10 minute walk to lifts. Maybe too far to walk in ski boots but close enough. Unit itself is very nice. Plenty of room and all the bathrooms a big plus. Well maintained and the owners seemed very nice. Hot water went out while we were here, we called the maintenance number and it was fixed within an hour. We will be back.
Excellent steamboat rental!
The house was perfect. Rick was very helpful prior to our visit. The house had everything you will need. It's all very clean and well taken care of. It's a short walk to the mountain. Hot tub is right out the front door and we always had it to ourselves. Some homes we've stayed in don't even have toilet paper this one had extra stuff which I really appreciated. Thank you Rick we loved your home and hospitality!
Huge family friendly and gorgeous home!
We absolutely loved our Spring Break stay at this gorgeous home. It is wonderfully decorated, has everything you need and truly the best! The easy access to skiing is great, the hot tub was lovely and the views are spectacular. I recommend this home to anyone! Thanks to Rick for allowing us to share his lovely home.
We had a great tme in Steamboat. The townhome was perfect for our stay. It is close to the ski slopes - you can walk or take the free shuttle that picked us up at the end of the driveway. The heated garage was a great place to store all of our skiing gear. The place is spacious - big bedrooms, kitchen, and living area. Everything is clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dshes and pots and pans. The hot tub, located right across from the townhouse, was a nice way to end the skiing day. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone who is looking.
We LOVED your home. We don’t have one complaint. We left your town home with only positive thoughts and feelings. It was beautiful. It was very very accommodating and had everything we needed. The rooms were gorgeous and very spacious. We had a wonderful time!
Steamboat is the ultimate winter resort for families.
