This newly remodeled, spacious 740 square feet, one bedroom, one bath condo is available for rental for 2016-2017!
The condo remodel features all new furniture, new bedding, new kitchen, new bathroom and new flooring. The bedroom has a luxury queen bed with new mattress and 500 thread count sheets. The bedroom also has a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The bathroom has a separate area with the new vanity and a smaller room with the toilet and shower. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops. The dishwasher, fridge, stove, and microwave are new as well. The living room has a 40' flat screen TV and blu-ray/DVD player with a video library. The living room has a gas fireplace and a brand new queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam Visco mattress (sofa and sleeper are new as of June 2016).
The living room has a floor-to-ceiling room divider wall that pulls out to make the living room a private bedroom with the sleeper sofa. The condo is kid-friendly with a pack-n-play, kid's movies, and coloring books.
The condo complex is a 1/4 mile walk to the base of Steamboat Ski Resort or you can take the free town shuttle during the winter months. The condo complex features a heated pool, two hot tubs, community BBQs, and a laundry room.

Please note that the swimming pool and one hot tub are closed during the spring and fall. One hot tub remains open year around.
We live in the Denver area and frequently stay in our Steamboat Springs vacation condo. We purchased it in late 2011 and completed a full remodel in November 2012.

We love the location of the condo and how convenient it is to the lifts and to hiking. The condo complex has a great heated pool and two hot tubs as well which we love.
Walk to skiing, walk to hiking trails, walk to happy hour and restaurants at the mountain base area. Mountain bike trails are right outside the door too.
The condo was well appointed, clean, and best of all..just a short walk from the Ski lifts.
Suggest that folks drop their ski's and poles with the ski valet service at the base each evening, relax and walk back and forth to the condo. The condo's location makes this so easy and hassle free!
Only reason I can't give a 5 star rating is that the sliding glass door lock onto the patio was impossible to use. Never did get it to work properly.
Price - It does not get much better than this. Better than paying resort fees and you get a lot more for your money.
Location - This place is within a 2 -3 minute drive of the Ski lifts. We can literally see the glow from the night skiing out our balcony. Parking is great and we could park our car right outside our balcony and keep an eye on our belongings. Walmart and Safeway are just down the street and you have access to downtown in about 5 minutes. You really are centrally located here between everything nicely.
Cleanliness - The condo was extremely clean and well kept.
Amenities - You have what you need for your stay. Love having fridge, stove, coffee maker, fire place was fantastic for winter months, a nice balcony, bathroom was nice and big for getting ready area and private toilet/shower.
Smoke smell - another reviewer mentioned the smoke smell. We were able to smell the smoke from the bathroom as well. There were no signs of smoking in the unit so I believe truly that this is just the vent systems of the condo. We kept the bathroom door closed when not in use and the smell never left the bathroom. Air freshener or something would be nice to spray.
Noise from other tenants - there is a noise ordinance at the units between 10p - 7a however on one of our nights the people above must have had a party going on. Between 1 and 3 am they were loud, walking around with what sounded like ski boots. We finally ended up calling the police because we could not sleep. (This is in no way the fault of our rental managers but thought we should note) in case you truly can't stand noise there is always that option of hearing the people above you. Again no fault of the owner and not singing any stars.
The wife and I truly loved our stay here. We were able to get away from the day to day of our lives and focus us and our vacation. It was so nice being within 5 min of everything we needed.
A nice tip if you are staying here and skiing. Park in Meadows Lot exiting the condos. There is quick parking and shuttles running every 5 min that take you right to the gondola. Barely any walking necessary and they take you back to your car and in less than 2 min you are back at the condo. Fantastic!!!
This was our second year in a row at this condo. The floor plan is well thought out.The addition of new appliance made our stay that much better. The convenient central location is a welcome plus to the stay. The club house and hot tubs at the complex are great. Overall this condo is ideal.
My wife and I spent six nights at the condo during early October. It was perfect for us. The condo has lots of space and is nice. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable. It was a great base from which to explore the Steamboat area. Our son joined us for part of the time and reported that the hide-a-bed was really comfortable. Debbie was excellent to deal with. Just an excellent stay!
Nice scenic view of the fall colors in the mountains. Condo was very nice and all was good and as described. I would recommend saying here and I would stay here again.
The condo was spacious for two and would be comfortable for four. There is only one bedroom, but the living room has a fold out couch and an accordion-style pocket door that could be closed for privacy. The decor was lovely and the condo was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was that the hot water in the building didn't work our last morning. I called the condo owner to report the problem and she responded immediately and with concern. She contacted the building management to verify that it wasn't a problem in the unit and then reported back to me within minutes letting me know that the building was working on it. The condo owner handled the situation in a polite and professional way. Overall, it was a wonderful spot for a weekend getaway.
