My wife and I reside in Minnesota. We have two daughters, who love hockey, figure skating, soccer, piano and dancing but LOVE THE BEACH most of all! We have been vacationing in Florida annually since 2000. We have vacationed in more than 20 Florida cities along the east coast and Gulf coast and always come back to Naples as our favorite. That is why we finally bought a place there this year.

This condo is in an upscale gated community with several well-manicured walking paths, beautiful heated pool area and it's on the waterway! WATERWAY LOCATION (FISHING), UPSCALE COMMUNUNITY, NEW PAVER POOL & WALKWAYS, LARGE LANAI WITH AMAZING VIEWS, IN-UNIT LAUNDRY, WALK-IN MSTR and OWNERS WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR COMFORT make this unit unique!

The condo is approx 20-25 minutes from the Fort Meyers airport, just under two hours from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and just over two hours to Miami, Tampa and West Palm Beach Airports. Very centrally located approx. 5 minutes west of Hwy 41 and 15 minutes to I-75.

Easy, short walk to fishing charters, on the waterway! Near several beaches -- we enjoy walking / running / biking along the Gulf shore, biking along the many nearby paths, shopping in Old Naples and other wonderful nearby shopping areas, and just relaxing on the beach with a good book.

Beautiful Delanor-Wiggins Pass state park is just blocks away. And, you can join Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club and experience casual waterfront dining, pool w/ chickee bar, tennis, marina plus an ever popular boat shuttle to Delanor-Wiggins beach!

Naples has ideal weather -- just an hour or two north on the Gulf shore the weather becomes cooler much earlier in the season. Princeton Place in Wiggin’s Bay has the perfect balance of access to nature, malls, restaurants, and fishing.

If you're looking for 1-2 day excursions, it's an easy drive to Sanibel and Captiva, which are 'must-see' full-day excerusions. Easy drive to Miami for nightlife, horse racing, tons of upscale shopping. (Last year we drove from Naples down Hwy 41 and took an air-boat ride and swamp buggy 'jungle tour' and adults and kids had a blast! We then drove to Miami and drove back that night -- a great day trip.) Sanibel is approx 30 min away -- be sure to check out the link!

This is a very nice condo in a great and quiet location conform to the listing description.We had the pleasure of meeting with the owner ,who has been very helpfull in organizing our stay, just prior to our departure.

My husband and I were looking for a rental in Naples or Bonita Springs for the month of February.

We were so happy to find the Wiggins Bay location! Wiggins Pass was so convenient to Naples and Bonita Springs for meeting friends, shopping and every level of dining. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our stay. It was comfortably furnished and adequately supplied for our months stay. The new owners were most accessible for questions or comments and very receptive to our suggestions. The "neighborhood" was friendly with numerous return renters. We were hopeful to return to this condo, but could not commit to multiple months.
