This gorgeous town home was renovated in 2012 with luxury finishes! Granite in the kitchen and baths, stainless steel appliances, hickory cabinets, slate tile and more! This spacious home features 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private attached one car garage, wood burning fireplace, 2 decks overlooking a grove of pine trees, flat screen HDTVs, full size front load washer and dryer, access to three hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool.
Great Location - Ski in/Walk out and 2 blocks to downtown! Ski home on 4 O'clock run and walk approximately 1200 feet to the lift (1.5 blocks). Just off 4 O'Clock Rd and 2 blocks from Main Street.
Each of the large bedrooms feature a king size bed, a set of bunk beds and a private bathroom. The master has a private deck. Additionally, there is a large sectional sofa with pull out sofa sleeper in the living room.

We live in Golden, CO and love the mountains. We have a 6 and 7 year old who also love to hike and enjoy the outdoors.

Why Rick chose Breckenridge
We chose Breckenridge because of the amenities offered in town as well as having a world class ski resort. It is also a short drive from Golden, CO (1 hr 15 min) which made it a great distance for getting away. This townhome was in a perfect location for us as it is easy access to skiing and also close to downtown and we prefer the ease of walking to the lift or to dinner, shopping or the fun events Breckenridge offers.
What makes this Townhome unique
We bought the home knowing it needed a complete renovation. Over the summer we took it down to drywall and renovated the entire home so it feels new. We really like the floor plan as it offers a lot of separation of space which is nice when the kids are playing. It also has a private garage and a wood burning fireplace, two things that were on our 'must-have' list. The bedrooms are also really big and it easily sleeps two families, which is nice for when we have guests with kids of their own. It also has a wooded area behind it so it feels private and a playground at the edge of the complex for the kids. There is also a community pool and three hot tubs open year round as an added bonus.

Nicely updated Winterpoint condo!
We've stayed at Winterpoint many times over the last ten years and this unit is a good one. Clearly updated and you can tell the owners take care of the unit. We usually judge a unit by the comfortableness of the couch/ living room furniture and the beds. This place passed. The canvas in the living room was very cool. My only suggestion for the owner is to add another TV in bedroom #2 and another small humidifier so both rooms can have a humidifier.
Perfect family get away!!!
First off would like to thank the owners for a wonderful vacation! This town house is perfect for families as it location is close to town and the hill! The layout of the town house is amazing! very spacious and even though we had 6 ppl in the unit we never felt boxed in!
I would recommend to any family looking to get away and enjoy the slopes!
Great place. We have stayed at multiple Winter Point condos over the years and this is one of the best. Super clean, super comfortable and great location. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed staying here! It's very close to Beaver Run Peak 9 Base and to the town of Breckenridge. House is spacious and clean.
Had a great time here. Clean and located just steps from a lift, bus stop to other peak bases and the 4 o clock trail at the end of the day.

The townhome is situated in a great location, approximately 1200 ft to the Snowflake ski lift, ski in off of 4 O'Clock Run, and walk to town two blocks away.
