Adequate for our purposes. Decent but not great.

  • 3 of 5

The location was excellent. The place was in decent shape but not really as advertised. This was listed as a 4BR when it was really only a 3BR. The upstairs was two BR with a bed in the area outside those rooms; this was more of a loft than a bedroom, no privacy and exposed to the sounds of the TV in the living room. There was a third bedroom in the basement and a bunk bed in the area outside that room. We expected 4 BR, wanting a room for each of the 4 of us, but one person had to sleep in what was really a common area. Additionally, the ceiling of the basement bedroom was obviously not insulated; as soon as anyone started walking in the kitchen it woke up the person sleeping in the basement bedroom.

Only one TV which was surprising.

On the plus side, the hot tub was a great feature. The location was great. Overall, not the best place I've rented in that area, but adequate.

Homey, convenient condo has all modcons

  • 5 of 5

My family loved staying and playing at the condo. Just steps away from shopping, and the Summit bus, we based ourselves here for our annual Christmas ski trip. Everything was lovely, the beds comfy, and the hottub was a welcome respite after busy days. Thank you and we look forward to returning!

Perfect for our Family Holiday Getaway

  • 5 of 5

This was perfect for our family getaway. With 9 of us, we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The house was very well stocked and had all of the quality amenities you would expect to find in your own home. I cannot stress quality cheap dishes or thin sheets or towels. Wood was already cut and inside for us to use in the fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace to warm up and relax after a long day of skiing. The board games were great evening entertainment. The location is perfect! Close to shops, restaurants, groceries and recreational activities such as sledding and tubing. We were close enough to go to Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillion, Keystone and we even went to Vail. I would highly recommend this location. The Owner's really do a fantastic job with this property!

Frisco winter wonderland

  • 5 of 5

We definitely enjoyed the condo. Everything you could need was there and it was very clean. Lots of beds, bathrooms, an awesome hot tub which felt great after skiing and pet friendly. The location was great for skiing and walking distance to downtown. Beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

This house made our stay so easy. Kitchen had every apppliance and utensil you could think of down to the coffee. Fireplace with starter bricks and plenty of wood. Board games and ping pong table were fun for winter evenings. Very close to summit stage shuttle service. 30 min bus ride to both copper and breck. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Walmart and shops. There was an issue with hot tub but the owners were already working on that before we arrived. Would stay again.

Beautiful, well cared for.

  • 5 of 5

We had such a great time here on our trip. Loved the upstairs balcony, the hot tub, and the open spaces. The hosts made everything easy for us and have put a lot of good work into the electronic prep (how to get here, welcome info, etc.). Hope to get back here soon!
