This condominium is about 90 yards from the quicksilver lift at base of peak 9. This is a high speed lift adjacent to Maggie's at the base of peak 9.
This is a large condominium offering pleasant modern features with beautiful views of the mountains and the Blue river right out your patio door. It is a mere 3 minute walk to main street and you will not have to use a car to get around.
There is underground parking with elevator access to the unit. The unit also has additional single pad parking above the garage.
This is a 3 bedroom plus loft with 3.5 baths with leather sofas in the main living space with a flat screen TV.
The dining area has seating for 6-8 people with views of the Blue river as well as the quicksilver lift
The kitchen has modern appliances with breakfast bar seating and also in-unit washer dryer.
There is a balcony on the main floor as well as a half bath on this floor.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath and balcony. The second bedroom has a trundle bed that will sleep 2. The third bedroom has bunk beds with attached jack and jill bath to bedroom 2.
The loft has a king size bed with a pull out queen sofa. There is a TV located in the loft with a full bath. A twin mobile cot is available for an extra person.
The unit has other amenities that include heated underground parking, heated outdoor pools and hot tubs, and high speed internet access, with Wi-fi capability.
This is a non-smoking, no pets allowed unit. Approximately 1800 square feet.

Very clean, well kept, and close to lifts!
6 adult male college friends had no trouble fitting and arranging sleep. Kitchen was very nice, living room couch was huge. Hot tub was hard to find. Overall, we had a great time!
This is THE property you want for vacation!
We stayed at this property for 4 nights with 8 adults for our annual ski trip. You really couldn't ask for a better location for quiet/privacy yet also walking convenience to the slopes and to town. The house was clean and in excellent shape with everything you need! A very well stocked kitchen and plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements made it a very comfortable home away from home! The TV in the living room is upgraded from the pictures to a 50" and is attached to a surround sound system, which was a welcome surprise for us! The owner was very responsive in all communication and I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Breckenridge. We hope to return next year!
