Our newly redecorated 2,300 square foot waterfront home is located on Marco Island. This is a beautiful home on a waterway canal with southern sun exposure. Ocean access is minutes away!

The home is just minutes from Residents Beach, Local Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Golf and the Marco Island Marina. Complementary local car service is provided by most of the popular restaurants on the island (A CAR Transportation).

House Sleeps 6-8 comfortably and includes a new washer and dryer.

Available for weekly or daily rental with a 2 day minimum.

Features new furniture including a queen size bed, large bathroom and outdoor access. Second bedroom amenities include 32' flat screen television, large closet space with plenty of clothing storage.

Third Bedroom

Features new furniture including 2 twin beds and a large bathroom. Third bedroom amenities include 32' flat screen television, large closet space with plenty of clothing storage.

Additional sleeping is provided as separate queen size pull out sofa in an additional sitting area.


Kitchen with large bar area and plenty of seating area for entertaining nicely blending with the living room area to provide a seamless flow of living space. The kitchen includes new appliances and all the cooking equipment needed for your special meals.

Living Room

The living room open floor plan has direct access to the pool area and is equipped with new furniture, 40” flat screen Television and seating on a sectional couch with lounger. Cable television and wireless internet are included.

Marco Island is a city in Collier County, Florida, United States, located on an island by the same name in the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Southwest Florida. It is a principal city of the Naples–Marco Island Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 16,413 at the 2010 census.[3] Marco Island is the largest barrier island within Southwest Florida's Ten Thousand Islands area extending southerly to Cape Sable. Parts of the island have some scenic, high elevations relative to the generally flat south Florida landscape. Like the city of Naples to the north, Marco Island has a tropical climate; specifically a tropical wet and dry or savanna type (Aw under the Köppen system). It is known for distinct wet and dry seasons, with most of the rainfall falling between the months of June and October.

I've already sent it in, but I will summarize.

However, above I pressed "not really" and it didn't register.

We didn't like the roofers come on our 3rd day, with 1 day notice, for 2 not 1 as we were told, days of banging and ripping the roof off, parts landing all over the property, including the pool and pool area, as they partially replace the roof , not just repair it. The new roof was not completed when we left.

And the roofers were here Thurs. and Fri, and on Sat., I spent 2 1/2 hrs hosing and brooming the linai and around the pool area.

The area was much cleaner after I finished then what it was when we first arrived.

The white part of the pool floor area was WHITE when I finished, and the base area of 10 of the 13 posts holding the screen was cleared of debris, vegetation, sand dirt, bugs, etc. (The hose couldn't reach the furthest 3 posts in the pool area. And this was probably over a yr this area was ever cleaned.)

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. There was a hurricane in September which damaged the roof of the home and the screen area for the Lanai. We’ve had to work extensively over the last 6 months with the insurance company, roofing company, and roofing suppliers, etc. to have to work completed within their schedule after receiving the approval to proceed. Replacing a roof takes several days and was never promised to be completed during your stay. I sincerely apologize for the noise, and debris produced during the process, but it’s just part of the replacement procedure and it was out of our control. We are very lucky to find a reputable roofing company to complete the work at all during these times of recovery for the island. I wish the hurricane had never hit our beautiful island. In regards to the pool area not being cleaned in over a year, I can assure you this is not the case. My husband and I spent several hours cleaning up debris and scrubbing the deck after the hurricane. We also have a cleaning service that cleans the pool deck and maintains the pool. As soon as you notified us that there was debris around the pool we immediately contacted someone to address the issue.

Clean, comfortable and awesome lanai area

We enjoyed our stay very much, however a neighbor called the police twice at 9:00 in the evening when we were talking with our family out on the lanai. It’s also pretty obvious that the cleaning people take everything out such as dish soap, detergent, garbage bags, etc. Usually the previous renters help out by leaving the items they bought for the week.

Overall Fantastic!

The house was immaculate and exceptionally cozy. They really thought ahead and provided towels, beach chairs, and water noodles. Everything we needed was in the house. The location was great and close to everything.

The only issue we had was with the hot tub - It would not stay hot and the bubbles would turn on and off. Also, (this is more of a recommendation) we had a very short stay (2 days) and there was no additional toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. For longer stays I could understand not supplying those items, but being that we were only there for about 1 1/2 days, it would have been nice to not need to purchase those items as many of us were coming from out of town and essentially had to expend money on these items that we could not bring back.
