There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed as well as a sofa in the living room, so it could potentially sleep up to 5 people, but would be perfect for 2 to 4, ideally.

The unit comes equipped with all you will need for your stay to cook, be comfortable and cozy, take care of your laundry and more… You could even barbecue outside in the back! There is a garage that would fit a small car, that street parking is by permit and so it is not an issue. There a café is within walking distance, everything you need within a five minute walk or drive anywhere in Los Angeles in about 15 minutes.
All maintenance issues will be handled within 2-24 hours and there will be someone you can call 24/7 for any issues you may have who is local and very attentive.
Kid friendly building, I will consider a small dog. Possibly two, case by case basis.
The unit is in a fourplex building in a historic neighborhood adjacent to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and walking distance to metro stations as well as all the museums on Wilshire, The Farmer's Market/ Grove and a 10 minute drive to downtown or the beach! Area could not be more central and safe, very family friendly.
The official name of the neighborhood is Carthay Square, a beautiful little pocket of spanish style homes and duplexes with a real neighborhood feel. Walk to one of the best cafe's in LA among hundreds of other restaurants, cultural attractions and so much more!
