Hello, Originally from Texas, I had my first trist with Paris on a backpacking trip just out of College and it was love at first sight. I made subsequent pilgrimages back to the City of Light until I made the decision to pick up and move for good! I never cease to find joy in my adopted city and love being able to meet travelers and help them have an authentic experience in the neighborhood that I call home.

Why Owner/Manager chose Montmartre
Montmartre, and particularly Abbesses, is my favorite neighborhood in the city. It has the perfect mix of picturesque charm, convenience, quiet, and excitement.
What makes this Apartment unique
The light, view, and balconies make this apartment truly special. It has all the conveniences of home while you are away from home. You will never want to go back to staying in hotels after your 'neighborhood' experience.

It was everything we could ever have wanted from an apartment. Spacious, views, and updated.
We loved our trip through Europe including Paris. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Two adults and a ten and twelve year old girl.
The kitchen was so nice we sometimes ate in for dinner. Everything we could need for making a meal. Refrigerator, freezer, coffee, utensils, pots, plans, wine glasses, etc.
The washer and dryer were amazing. So helpful. Very new and modern. Makes me realize I need an upgrade at home. Plenty of hangers for everyone’s clothes.
Shower is a rain shower head with a nice additional wand attachment. The girls had fun shower time.
The best thing about the apartment was the view of the Eiffel Tower. There are two balconies and one you can see the tower. All of the tower. Plus you can see it from the bathroom window so that was fun too.
We would not hesitate to stay here om our next trip. Check in was easy and Stephanie was very nice. The building has an elevator but I loved the spiral staircase. This place is weaved into our fond memories of Paris.
A sleek perch above Paris
What a wonderful home for 10 days in October! Best of all was the ever-changing view of the Eiffel Tower and Paris as seen from the balcony and bathroom. We loved this bright, elegant apartment. There were great bakeries (Coquelicot) and restaurants (our fave was Seb'on) just steps away. After walking for hours we could slouch and read on the big, comfy couch or make a meal in the well-stocked kitchen. The bed was firm and had decent reading lights. Of note: great big shower, full-size washer, dryer and frij. Would stay again without question.
Terrific Flat in great neighborhood! Recommend!
A beautiful one bedroom apt located in Montmartre. Wonderful non-touristy area full of cafes, bakeries and small markets. On the top floor (6th) with view of Tour de Fel from Balcony and bath. The small elevator works perfect. The lifts are retrofitted and are fine for 2-3 people but with 2 + our luggage we opted for 2 trips down on departure. Apt has everything you could need, all appliances worked fine, shower is a dream! Couldn't believe how quiet flat was - slept in every morning, zero traffic noise. New clothes washer and dryer were great to have although the dryer is an unusual non-vented, water collecting model that took 2-3 hours to dry things. Once you're aware of that it works fine. The owner, Pascal met us on arrival and provided a quick and thorough run-through of how to use things. We found Uber in Paris to be terrific - lots of drivers everytime, new cars, $45E to airport. Traffic is a concern in Paris though. Avoid trip to/from CDG during rush-hours. Also, it's only about 5-6 km to the river-monuments-museum area but 5-6pm it gets quite congested. During that period just walk or wait for traffic to clear out. We had a wonderful first visit to Paris, greatly to the ease and location of Pascal's place! Highly recommend!
a gem for sure
we have stayed here for the past 3 years and this little apartment is our "go to" place. We love the apartment itself and the location. has all the amenities that one would need. It is close to many venues. Lots of local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. easy to metro except the lift at Abbesses was out when we visited but we just avoided going up the stairs by using Pigalle coming back walking up the hill and Abbesses when leaving the apartment -walking down the stairs
Great apartment in a great location.
A beautiful, well designed apartment. While small by American standards apartment feels very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer is great for longer trips.
The views over Paris to the Eiffel Tower are great. The local neighborhood has lots of restaurants, boulangeries and fruit and vegetable stands, and in general is a lively place. We were afraid that it would be over run with tourists, but most of the people on the street were locals.
The two Metro stops, Abbesses and Pigalle, were convenient for getting around town. The lift in Abbesses was under repair and it's a dozen flights down to the platforms, but Pigalle was also very close, so usually went there when returning.
It's six flights up to the apartment, but there's lift, although we rarely used it. The stairs are a good way to work off a little of the extra calories.
The service and coordination were great.
Wonderful stay in wonderful neighborhood
We stayed in magical Abbesses for 9 night, it was the prefect home in Paris. Easy access to the metro at Pigalle, lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
The apartment is well equipped, though we didn't cook much. The nespresso maker was a huge plus as only one of us drinks coffee. It would have been nice if a few pods were left in the apt, I failed to buy some on the first grocery shop. The laundry in the unit was a life saver. As was the elevator! We were in town for a wedding and had friends in neighboring buildings without a lift- 5 flights up! Ours was tiny but so appreciated.
Overall a wonderful stay and I'd happily do it again and recommend this flat to others.
There are a variety of attractions all within walking distance from the 'charming abbesses' apartment including: many cafe's, award winning bakeries, and eclectic boutiques, and art galleries. You can walkup to the famous 'artist's square' where salvadore dali, henri mattisse, and pablo picasso once called home; as well as the beautiful sacre cour cathedral featuring the best view in paris!
