This vacation home, number F102, is a beautiful first story condominium in the perfect location for your relaxing getaway. With 2082 square feet plus a large lanai there is a wealth of space for families to spread out and enjoy their privacy as well as warm and inviting living spaces in which to gather and savor the joy of sharing time together.

This tropically furnished home includes a gourmet center-island kitchen, open living and dining areas which flow onto the extensive covered lanai equipped with a wet bar, under-counter refrigerator and gas grill with a grassy area beyond. The two master suites each open to the lanai and the views. Each suite is furnished with a California king bed and has a private bath with oversized shower and separate soaking tub.The third bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds which may be converted to a king sized bed upon request. There is a large full bath just down the hall. A utility closet contains a full-sized washer and dryer which make it easy to care for your family’s needs. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience. The home is equipped with high speed wireless internet and cable TV, making it easy to keep in touch with the world if you must.

The Wai'ula'ula amenities center, which is located just a short distance from the home, features a free-form infinity edged pool with separate Kiddie pool, a spa and fitness room. It is just a short 2 minute drive to the fabulous Hapuna Beach Golf Club, the Hapuna Beach Hotel and Beach, fitness hale and of course, the restaurants where they serve up specialty drinks and lunches or pupus.

The Hotel and beach at Mauna Kea is an easy drive of 5 minutes for shopping, dining, entertainment, and services. We are very familiar with Wai'ula'ula since my sister has owned a unit for 10 years and we have stayed in it and other units. Unit F102 was clean, well-appointed with a nice view for a ground-floor unit. The property manager, Escape to Extraordinary, was responsive, professional and very easy to work with. Overall, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

So glad we stayed here

I was initially hesitant to book this place because of the lack of recent reviews. BUT I am really glad we went for it. This place is really so clean and nice. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. I appreciated the abundance of kitchen supplies, cookware, dishes, condiments, etc. The cookware is really top of the line, like stuff you would want to use at home, not just stuff you would find in a rental unit. Also there are enough place settings for about 12 people! We didn't have to do dishes after every single meal because there were so many dishes and cutlery in the cabinets. We loved being on the first floor because we didn't have to climb any stairs and also the lanai opens out to the grass. It was very close to the Rec center (walking distance). The beach is not walkable, and takes about 2-7 minutes to drive, depending on if you go to Hapuna or Mauna Kea. We preferred Mauna Kea b/c they have more beach chairs and umbrellas. We paid the recreation fee in order to utilize the amenities of the hotels, which I thought was worth the money since we mostly went to the beaches and pools at the hotels. The rooms are super spacious and there were PLENTY of bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, Kleenex, etc. We didn't have to restock on anything, even for a family of 4 staying over 1 week. Again, very generous of the managers to supply so much of everything. I also want to mention that there were baby items in the unit such as a pack n play and booster seat, which we didn't need but would be useful for families w/ babies. The only thing I would say was a small drawback was the lack of a dining table. This unit has plenty of seating on the kitchen island, which worked out for us, but I always prefer a dining table. I knew that booking the unit, so I was not disappointed. And I think the lack of the table added to the spaciousness of the unit. And finally, this is a small thing, but made a big impression on us, the manager left a "goody basket" of sorts for our arrival, which included chocolate covered macadamia nuts, more macadamia nuts, and 100% kona coffee as well as a handwritten welcome note. We enjoyed our treats and thought this was a nice way to welcome us.

Top Quality for a Reasonable Price

I searched for hours looking for the right vacation rental for my family. I wanted a top quality resort with a view for a reasonable price. I was not disappointed. The house was perfectly furnished for comfort . I felt like we were staying in a 5-star hotel, only missing the room service! The beds and bedding were absolute tops. The location was great - only a short walk to the fantastic pool and club house. The management was very attentive and promptly refunded our deposit. I highly recommend this rental.

Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent plus the 13.4166 percent Hawaii tax on the rent. The security deposit and cleaning fee shall be returned.

To confirm your reservation, 25% of the total booking amount would be due immediately, and the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. We accept all major credit cards.
