the island and the famous Key West night life. Located within a five block radius are Blue Heaven with the best
breakfast in town; Pepe’s with the second best breakfast in town; Mangia Mangia Pasta Café less than a block
away; Michael’s Restaurant just across from Mangia Mangia; Sarabeth’s Kitchen right down the street; Café Sole’

This 1100 sq ft home is completely upgraded with all the modern amenities you would expect. The contemporary
kitchen has a unique double cathedral ceiling due to the house’s “Saw Tooth” roof design. It is well equipped
with Stainless Steel appliances including dishwasher, granite countertops, a small island and all the top quality
countertop appliances you will need. There are more than ample pots and pans and two sets of dishes for all of
your dining in needs. A breakfast area with sliding door access to a small side porch provides seating for four
making in house meals from a simple breakfast, a quick lunch or a full dinner possible.
Both of the bedrooms are complete with recently remodeled en suite baths equipped with large glass enclosed
showers. The guest room bath also opens to the hallway to be used as the common area bath when needed.
Both bedrooms have comfortable, pillow top queen size beds with full size closets providing plenty of storage. A
flat screen TV is available for use in either bedroom. The guest room in the front of the house has a full size
wicker desk complete with laser printer for your use with the included free WiFi. It also houses a small
paperback library complete with several of the must read Key West themed novels and travel guides. The house
is equipped with central A/C, but both bedrooms have their own mini split A/C and heating units to allow
individual temperature settings for a good night’s rest for everyone.
The large 15’ x 21’ living room has a ten foot ceiling with soft indirect lighting for those quiet evenings with a
glass of wine with friends. The room is furnished with comfortable seating for eight that includes a couch, a
loveseat that folds out into a comfortable single bed, two upholstered chairs with an ottoman and a leather power
recliner. The 42” LCD TV is equipped with cable and a DVD player. Enjoy an evening at home watching one of
the included movies on DVD or use the free Comcast On-Demand video service. The north end of the room is all
glass with large eight foot tall sliding doors opening to a completely fenced, private deck with a new heated and
cooled salt water dipping pool with soothing water fall. The deck is a tropical paradise of palm trees and other
plantings providing plenty of privacy. There are plenty of beach towels ready for your use after that morning dip
or late evening swim watching the stars and listening to the soothing water fall after a night out on the town.
Also included for your use are a gas grill and a large outdoor dining table with umbrella for quiet evening dining
under the stars. There are two chaise lounges and arm chair seating for six.
The front porch is a few steps above street level making it the perfect place to sit with your morning coffee while
you read the included free copy of the Key West Citizen delivered to the house each morning. Two comfortable
rocking chairs, a foot stool and side table complete with candle make the porch an interesting place to relax
before bedtime and watch the late night tourists make their way back from Duval Street.
Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and even two tennis rackets are available for those wanting to spend some time
just relaxing at Fort Zachary Taylor beach, just four blocks down Southard Street, or Smather’s beach on the
south side of the island. All linens and towels are supplied and the stacked washer and dryer located in a closet
off the kitchen make laundry no problem. Never worry about running out of hot water for your shower or the
laundry with the tank less propane fired hot water heater.
This is truly one of the nicest small homes in this part of Key West.
