This charming 1200 sqft, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1900s Hollywood craftsman-style home is brimming with character. It has a spacious living area and is a great place for business travelers or families. Not to mention a bonus view of the iconic Hollywood Sign!
A combination of old world and new modern, my warm and inviting home has a spacious living area and is a great place to unwind for business travelers or families. There's an exceptionally regal king bed, a classic modern queen, plus an additional queen sized Serta airbed, all three perfectly suited for up to 5 or 6 guests, including children. The original wood floors, front door and masonry fireplace are representative of the craftsman-style architecture that became popular at the turn of the century.
Keyless entry! My home has an electronic lock located at the entrance. A couple of days before your arrival, I'll message you the check-in and access instructions, parking, amenity details and FAQs.
Free wi-if is also available.
Interaction with guests
Please remember that you will be staying in my home, it is not a hotel. Therefore, I ask that you treat the home with the same respect you would show your own. The property is my primary residence (I live onsite), so I'm able to assist promptly with anything you might need. Feel free to text or message me through Airbnb. I will usually pop by to say hello, but other than that, will let you enjoy your stay in beautiful Los Angeles.
The cozy house is in a great location: The Hollywood Walk of Fame is just 2 miles away! It's only a short 10-15 min drive away from West Hollywood (WeHo), 5 min to Koreatown (K-Town), 10 min to Downtown LA, 15 min to Silverlake and 20 min to Echo park (depending on traffic). Paramount Studios and Santa Monica Boulevard are just a few blocks away and within walking distance, as are other studios, restaurants, and unique shops. During the summer the famous Hollywood Bowl venue is a perfect place to catch your favorite bands, and The Wiltern, another hotspot and fantastic music venue is only a mile and a half away. Other must-see locations - just a short 10-15 min drive away - are The Grove shops, LACMA museum, and of course the luxurious Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. This home is truly located in the center of everything LA has to offer for both work and play.
There are plenty of bus lines on the nearby Melrose Avenue. Uber and Lyft are super easy to access in Los Angeles and Hollywood is full of them!If you have a car, the expressways are easily accessible. Public transportation is easy and convenient. Just ask, and I'd be happy to send you the info you'd need.
