We love the Kutzke Neighborhood and older homes - this is our second home here. My wife worked at Mayo Clinic for 38 years and living this close eliminated the need to contend with parking as she could easily walk to work. I worked for Augsburg College in Rochester and could bike to work which I much enjoyed after years of commuting.

Why firstname.lastname@example.org chose Kutzky Park
We lived in various outlying neighborhoods in Rochester for many years - neighborhood home, acreage and a townhome. We always enjoyed Rochester but we always drove to get downtown and to work. In 2002 we moved to a house in Kutzke and enjoyed the people we met and the older homes. In 2005 we purchased our second home in Kutzke and still enjoy our time here.
What makes this House unique
The woodwork, floors, layout and vintage windows first drew us in. We loved having the master bedroom on the main floor, which is uncommon for 1920's homes. The proximity to bike trails, Mayo facilities and downtown sealed the deal.

Great home away from home.
A peaceful sanctuary to come back to after meeting with the great physicians at the clinic. Spent a week here after our daughters surgery and it was just what we needed. Thank you Wayne for helping out with every detail of our stay!!
I can't imagine a better place to stay in Rochester!
This home is well maintain with all amentites. Very close to Mayo Clinic and easy walking distance to downtown. I stayed for two weeks while my wife had surgery in February and simply walked to the hostpital while she was there. Afterwards it was perfect for a restful recovery before returning back to Dallas. Wayne was great to work with and very accomodting. I would highly recommed staying and will return!
Nice older home
This was a very nice home and perfect for what we needed. Wayne (owner) was great to work with and dealt with any problem immediately. We would stay here again if in the future we need to spend time in Rochester.
Absolutely perfect in every regard: cleanliness, location, owner, etc. Thanks!
Very comfortable and terrific owner!
Needed this house for an unexpected Christmas in Rochester, and it was perfect! Nice fireplace and too many good features to list... The owner is top notch, communication is unbeatable. Strongly recommend this place.
A great place for an extended stay at the Mayo.
This is a great arts & craft 1920 style home if you're needing to spend some time in Rochester for anything to do with the Mayo Clinic. It is only about 6 blocks from the medical center, just a nice walk. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center. The home is nicely decorated and has a gas fire place, which is very welcome in the colder seasons. The upper loft provides a nice private place for visiting family and friends with its own bathroom. Less expensive than the alternative of extended stay facilities in the down town area and much more room. The owner is very accommodating.
Rochester is proud to be the home of Mayo Clinic. Mayo Clinic is the first and largest integrated, not-for-profit group practice in the world. Doctors from every medical specialty work together to care for patients under the philosophy of 'the needs of the patient come first.' A model for medical practice, Mayo Clinic took root and grew in the farm fields near Rochester. It combines a heritage of medical expertise with careful attention to individual patient needs, resulting in a thorough and personal approach to health care. The city of Rochester and its businesses also strive to create that personalized approach to all aspects of a guest's stay while visiting Mayo Clinic. Rochester is a city located known as a great place to live, work and visit. Rochester combines the best aspects of an innovative and cosmopolitan city with the charm of a small town environment.
