This is not your typical Vacation rental. We work hard to give you the best value for your money. We want you and your family to experience a worry free vacation in a mountain atmosphere with more comforts and amenities than a hotel.
In a Southwestern Mountain decor you will find a cozy fireplace, 3 LCD TVs, one in each room, Blue Ray DVD, and surround sound. The kitchen is well appointed with all the tools and utensils you might need for gourmet dinners. The bathrooms are stocked with soap, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion just like you would find in a hotel.
The great room and the bathrooms are tiled throughout. A stone fireplace is the focal point of a living area outfitted with Southwestern and Log furniture. The sofa is also a queen pull-out.
The master bedroom has a queen log bed and night stands and Lodge Southwestern bedspread and curtains. An LCD TV and home theater receiver.
The 2nd bedroom is also decorated in the lodge theme with a bunk bed. 2-3 adults or 4 children can comfortably fit. The lower bunk is a full bed, the upper is a twin bed. A twin pull out trundle is also available. A TV is complimented with a play station and DVD player.
A sliding glass door opens to a deck with a view of Mount Royal. The deck is equipped with patio furniture and a grill*.
After a long day of skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking or sailing a community pool, hot tub and sauna await you to relax.
Apres ski, hiking or cycling activities abound. Grab a pint of German beer and some exotic sausage at Prost or a craft brew and a dinner at the Backcountry brewery or any of more than a dozen fine restaurants on Main street.
There is a comunity room, a coin operated laundry and ample free parking in the complex.
We are happy to provide you with ideas of things to do in Summit County. Looking forward to having you as our guest(s) at the Peak Lodge.
