A five-minute walk over the pedestrian Millennium Bridge gets you to the free 16th Street Mall shuttle. Though you can walk to everything, a covered garage parking space is included.

This unit is beautifully decorated with custom finishes throughout. The construction is modern, featuring concrete floors and exposed mechanical ceilings. We chose this property because it is convenient to EVERYTHING, and we can park the car and do most everything by foot. We loved the modern style of this unit. When you walk out the front door, downtown Lodo is to your right, and extensive Riverfront Park and the Highlands district are to your left. There is always something exciting happening in Denver, whether it's a sporting event, cultural performance, parade, or foot race. We love this beautiful, trendy, walker-friendly place!
