Our dream can be your dream now! We purchased this very private unit in an exclusive gate-guarded community. We've refitted the unit with new furniture, appliances, artwork, bedding, and linens. This is a jewel of a ski retreat. The Arrowhead Ski Lift is literally 100 steps away and yet because of our unique location we are extremely private. From Arrowhead you are able to ski the entire Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch resort.
After skiing you can choose to relax in our year-round pool or hot tub. Or if you prefer use your own private jetted tub.
We're amateur chefs and former restauranteurs so the kitchen is fully stocked. No need to go to Starbucks (which there are 2 of nearby) there is a Saeco super-automatic espresso/cappuccino machine. Full size washing machine and dryer!
But let's be honest, one of the real reasons we love this area is the food. There are numerous fabulous restaurants literally minutes away. The fabulous Vista restaurant is just across the street.
Year around you can enjoy the valley and all it has to offer. How lucky can we be??!! Mountain biking, road biking, skiing, hiking, fine dining, and shopping! All at your fingertips. We have travelled the world (hubby is Swiss) and we keep coming back for a reason. And I haven't even mentioned the people here, friendliest on earth.
UPDATE: Recently remodeled with hardwood floors and ceiling lights. New kitchen countertops installed. Both bathrooms new flooring, countertops and sinks. A Great Bargain!! You will be spoiled!

This property is the best of all our worlds. We love to eat and play hard (hubby does at least). Sure we thought about Vail village directly, but we're not into that kind of scene. Arrowhead feels more like an exclusive, private resort. No crowds, easy access to all the best restaurants and Eagle airport. In Vail you always hear the I-70 nearby. That's not vacation! Oh and the people? THE nicest. We felt at home here instantly. We're very lucky we found this place. Very blessed.

Everything was great
I think the property is accurately described and the appearance was just as you would expect from the photos. The only difference is the orientation of the big chair in the living room- it was in a weird-looking location blocking the door to the balcony in order to be able to sit there and watch TV which is in the corner of room. I would have appreciated a bit more information about some things- perhaps a book containing information about the unit would be possible. For example, I didn't know until a two days before leaving how to get Netflix working (on my own account). I had tried before then but the TV froze and I was unable to reach the cord to unplug it, to reboot it. My husband arrived the next day and could do that. The other thing I didn't know until arriving was that everything (pool, restaurants) in the Arrowhead resort was closed. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bathroom was very large. Everything was very clean. So overall, I had a comfortable stay and I would definitely rent this condo again.

I would like to mention that I never advertised in the listing that Netflix was included and if you emailed or called me I could have instructed you on how to log onto our Netflix. In the rental agreement, attachments are provided that have answers to your questions which I individually answered in many emails. However, I will be making a binder for the unit to have all this information more readily available upon your arrival. Your rental was in the off season as reflected in the rate you paid. The restaurants are only open during the ski season and summer to service the golf course. The pool and hot tub are always available during operating hours but in off season security needs to be called to open and remove covers unless maintenance is being performed.
We strive to provide the best possible customer experience. The unit has been recently renovated. The kitchen is extremely well stocked almost eliminating the need to buy any incidentals (i.e. spices, oil, basic baking supplies etc...) Not only is there a coffee maker but also an automated expresso machine. Soaps and shampoo are provided, as well as, detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher.

I would highly recommend renting from Peter! He is quick to respond to your questions. The condo was super close to the Arrow Bahn lift and pool / hot tub. We had a great vacation! Thanks for sharing your amazing place with us Peter!
Great condo to access Beaver Creek
The condo was as advertised - spacious, nice renovations, underground parking garage, easy walk to the Arrow Bahn lift and convenient to Avon, BC Village and even Vail. This is a great alternative to some of the premium priced options at BC Village and Bachelor Gulch. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly we were able to get across the mountain from the Arrowhead base. The Vista restaurant is an easy walk across the street and entrees ordered before 6:15pm are 25% off. I believe the ski school only meets at the main base or Bachelor Gulch. Something to keep in mind if you have younger kids that aren't ready to jump on a lift and ski down to one of those areas. My only recommendation is an extra hour or 90 min for the pool and hot tub in the evenings.
Excellent condo with amazing location and amenities
Beautiful condo that is well equipped. Excellent location in Arrowhead with restaurants on property and near by in Edwards or Avon. Ski locker and easy access to Arrowhead ski lift. Arrowhead has ski rental, lift ticket office and everything you need with out the hassle and crowds up at Beaver Creek. From Arrowhead you can easy ski to Bachelor Gulch or Beaver Creek. Highly recommend.
Great place, great location
We enjoyed our stay at Arrowhead in this property. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was very well laid out and up-to-date. We spent many evenings in the condo because we felt at home. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was convenient to the lift and in a very quiet location. The booking process was seamless. Peter was always quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay again of we travel back to the area.
Very nice and cozy apartment steps away from ski lift
We have spent 4 nights in this beautiful apartment and both, the apartment and the location are perfect. The car was parked in heated garage, the place has fast internet, kitchen is fully equipped, including cappuccino machine, there is a fireplace in living room and big Jacuzzi in master bedroom, everything works as expected. And the ski lift is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also outside heated pool and Jacuzzi 50 feet from the apartment. The owner is very friendly and the message responses were rapid. I would definitely book this place again.

No early check ins or late check outs without prior written approval. 2.) This is a NON-SMOKING unit including the balcony. 3.) Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval is given by the owner. 4.) Minimum rental age is 25 years old. 5.) DAMAGE/KEY DEPOSIT- A damage/key deposit of $US500 is required. 6. PAYMENT - An advance payment of 50% of the Accommodation/security deposit is due within 5 business days. The balance of the rent and security deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival 7. CANCELLATIONS- A $125.- administrative cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations. A 120 day notice is required for any cancellation. No refunds for cancellations of Holiday weeks 8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is 4 unless prior written approval from the owner is given. 9. INCLUSIVE FEES- Rates include a one time linen/towel setup.
