Sedona and it's environs was listed as the Most Beautiful Place in the United States a few years ago in the USA Today newspaper. Most people agree. The city itself has only about 12,000 residents, but we get about 3 million guests a year!
Our tourist population enables the city to support some fine restaurants and other great activities.
Come experience what everyone else is enjoying.

I have lived in Arizona since the ripe old age of 3. I love the dry, warm, fresh air and the year-round great climate in Sedona. My husband and I have a German Shepherd dog that is our 'baby'. She hikes with us throughout the area - and loves it! I sell Real Estate at a new community called RimStone in West Sedona. Joe, my husband, is a semi-retired pharmacist.
Linda purchased this cottage in 2000
My husband and I grew up in the Phoenix area, but visited Sedona frequently for picnics and hikes. We got tired of the rat race there and Sedona was a natural choice - great weather and lifestyle, but close tho everything! When we bought our house, there was a guest house on the property which was at that time occupied by a full-time tenant. Once he moved out, we renovated the place and decided to furnish it for our guests from out-of-town. From there, we decided to add it to VRBO and have practically had no vacancies since then! We have a lot of yearly regulars that return to their 'home away from home' every year.
Our guest house is roomy enough for folks to be comfortable for an extended stay, but cozy enough to make everyone feel at home. A full kitchen, which is almost as large as the one in our main house, enables guests to save money on dining during their stay in Sedona. We are located right in the heart of town, so all the local attractions are very close. The layout of the grounds enables guests to enjoy privacy.
"Thank you for a wonderful weekend!...We love Brewer Place! You did an incredible job with this. Thanks for everything!"
The cottage was a fantastic base for exploring Sedona, and offered great amenity at a good value. We feel very lucky that we were able to stay here. Linda and Joe have created a warm, relaxing and beautiful space that is the perfect getaway spot!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage was fully equipped, so we were able to prepare some meals and hiking snacks, do a load of laundry, and relax comfortably. We had a very cozy winter experience in Sedona and highly recommend staying here!
The cottage was perfect in everyway. From all the amenities stashed in the roomy pantry to the seemingly remote location that's conveniently located near everything. We were greeted by Linda upon our arrival and the welcome folder also had all the necessary information about the property as well as where to shop for groceries, etc. She shared the names of her favorite restaurants and stressed that we could contact her with any problems at any time. The only time we needed to call her was when a low battery alarm sounded for the carbon monoxide sensor. She responded immediately and replaced the entire sensor. During our stay my wife misplaced her wedding ring. We both thought she had lost it while hiking on one of the many wonderful trails within minutes of the cottage. When Linda ws cleaning the property after our departure she found the ring. She phoned us and inquired about the loss and after my wife provided a description, Linda immediately mailed us the lost item. I wouldn't hesitate to book this lovely, quite and very comfortable property at a future date. Thanks to Linda and Joe for sharing their cottage and making our stay in Sedona truly memorable.
Enjoyed being so close to the center of Sedona. The cottage was great, we were only 20 feet from the front door. The bed was comfortable. Linda and Joe were great hosts. We took many great hikes and enjoyed Jerome, and the local area hiking trails. Trails were marked very well for hikes rated easy to strenuous. Highly recommend going to the chamber of commerce for all your information. They are well versed and very friendly. All other places for tourists will try to sell you a condo. This is a little long so I will end, but would highly recommend staying at this cottage.
Absolutely wonderful in this Sedona hideaway -- and yet close to everything. The property owners are readily available and just plain fun. We'll be back.
We stayed at this comfortable cottage for the month of December. It's really a cozy place with everything you would need to call it home. We loved the Southwest Casita style of this place. Linda and Joe are so nice and always available if there are any questions or concerns. The cottage is just a few blocks from the main road going through town. It's so convenient to everything you'd want to do. There's so much to do there. The shops, restaurants and amazing hikes! We had a wonderful time and would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to travel to this beautiful location.
We are about a mile away from Sedona's art and shopping district, just up the hill from Tlaquepaque. Centrally located in Sedona, the cottage is 10 minutes or less to everything the city has to offer. Extensive hiking trails abound in the area. Lots of nice restaurants are available year round, but you may want to stay in an cook for yourselves in the full kitchen.
