This is a designer upgraded Ilikai Marina one bedroom with stunning panoramic ocean, sunset and Marina views. Designer appointments throughout, including gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite counters and top of the line European appliances, custom bath, tropical Asian hardwood furnishings, tasteful local art and accessories. For the most discriminating guests.

This 10th floor suite offers an incredible 180 degree panoramic ocean view from throughout the suite and bedroom. It has central air conditioning, ensuite full sized washer/dryer and a plush queen sized bed, along with a comfortable, high-end queen sized sofa bed in the living area.

Your suite is fully equipped with quality linens, towels, every imaginable cookware and amenity, HDTV with full cable line-up, and beach gear. Great attention to detail in this one of a kind accommodation.

Note that we do not book short stays, under six nights, well in advance, only if under 30 days to arrival date.

Ilikai Marina public garage self-parking is $20/day. 10 hour parking for $7. (Rates are subject to change). Street parking is possible if you’re willing to look for a spot.

Excellent Way to Celebrate Your Anniversary

Awesome setting and great walking distances to beach, downtown and any food type you are interested in. Condo was great and in excellent shape. Lacked very little. For longer stays, very close to store (ABC) or a short drive to a regular Supermarket. Parking on premises was a big-big plus. Read in a previous review that you should go up to at least the 3rd floor before you select a parking spot. Good advise and highly recommended. Very much enjoyed our 10 days stay and would return! Wish we had another couple of weeks in the place this time. Incredible Firework Show on Fridays right next door. Great watch from the balcony!! Only recommendation to the owners would be to provide clearer understanding of how to operate the Air Conditioner. Could save the owners some expense. Property Managers were excellent to work with! Thanks for some awesome memories and ALOHA!!!!

Condo is fully stocked. Had Thanksgiving there with my Navy girl and a few of her buddies. Thank you for making my vacation a memorable one!!

1090 Ilikai Marina

The best feature of the property is the view. There is a beautiful view of the marina, the Ala Moana Beach park and the western end of Waikiki. It is a short walk to the beach. The property has undergone a renovation with tiled floors and nice kitchen. However, a known problem with the microwave turntable that wasn't functioning properly was not addressed during our stay. There is a double bed in the bedroom and the second bed is a pull out bed from the sofa in the living room. We were advised that the original air mattress in the pull out was not functioning and another blow-up mattress was provided. However, when we opened the boxed mattress, the necessary batteries weren't included and we didn't have the use of the air mattress the first evening. We contacted the property manager/owner and were given the option of purchasing the batteries and being reimbursed. The same issue applied to the malfunction hair dryer in the unit. Additionally the thermostat wasn't easy to use and I had to find the operation manual online in order to get the unit to our desired temperature and it continually turned off and we had to reset the thermostat frequently. We'd say that the place is a bit tight for 4 people (2 adults and a 16 and 17 year old) but overall wasn't bad. The unit is a reasonable value for the price. The parking in the building was convenient but for the 6 day stay, it ran us $120.

Owner's Response: We appreciate the review! Pls. note that the A/C system has been reprogrammed and should be working fine now. The sofa bed special order replacement mattress has arrived and been changed out to a memory foam mattress. Note that we did inform the guest (and do all) that we generally do not recommend this one bedroom condo for four adults, especially if the other two are not comfortable sharing a pull-out sofa bed. A solid choice, but luxury it is not.

The view was fabulous, and the location is great. I was in town on business, and this was an ideal choice. However, the place could definitely use a new coat of paint, there were a few minor maintenance issues and the cleaning was not quite up to professional standards. The owner was responsive and the building staff was excellent.
