Timbernest B2 is newly remodeled and furnished. This 1 bdrm/1 bath 600 sf unit condominium is located on the 1st floor of the Timbernest 'B' building. The unit comfortably sleeps 2-4 people, with a nice view of the pines from the main deck. This condo has a king size bed and access to a community pool and hot tub. The condo has two 47' flat screen LED HDTV's. Free Wifi. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens.

Very nice, well kept, nicely stocked, convenient, quite.

We had a very nice stay here. Very clean and kept up to date. Kitchen well stocked(except, need more forks). Was very quite...hardly even heard others there and the view out the living space very relaxing. Had a beautiful fox visitor that entertained us chasing a mouse right off the deck and then even came all the way up on the deck and stared at us through the glass door. Very convenient to walk to lift or Main street. Wouldn't keep us from staying here again, but although convenient to lift...not necessarily an easy walk either way and really no shuttle option here. Shuttle stop further than walk to lift. Only my adult son and I were on this trip. If there are more than 2 maybe 3 adults would be very crowded. While lots of cubby space inside door for boots, gloves where to store luggage etc. Not enough parking if facility full. Many units have a reserved space (this one doesn't) and many of those spots weren't used, thus the rest of the lot was overly full. Guessing those with reserved spots don't rent out their units as we were there at spring break and everything was booked. Our stay was mostly positive...don't intend my comments to be negative, but only a realistic perspective as I know how hard it is when you're evaluating properties to really know what it's going to be like when you get there. We've stayed at a bunch of places in Breck and other resorts over the years and this would rank in the top 2 or 3...just a little small if more than a couple of folks.

Perfect size for 2.

Although it sleeps 4, 4 would be extremely crowded. The bathroom is very small. The kitchen is a bit dated but functional. The humidifier needs to be replaced!!! It was filthy and the filter looks like it is covered in mold. I know the owner is not the one who gets the unit ready for the next renter, but they should make sure the cleaning crew checks everything. The best thing about this unit is it's location. 2 minute walk to the Maggie.

Loved the Location

We loved the location to Quicksilver lift (a quiet lift in the morning). We also loved skiing right up to the cutover bridge at the end of the day! The walk to town was easy and fun!

The bedding was a little older and maybe needed to be replaced. We loved how close and convenient the pool and hot tubs were to the condo. Overall, we were super happy with our stay! Easy to check in and out! We will return for sure đź‘Ť

Great location at fair price.

This condo is in a good location for skiers, it is a few minutes walk to Chair #9 and the town. We walked to the town during the afternoons and almost did not use our car in five days. The condo itself is ver well kept, fully stock. I gave a four start because some of the kitchen appliances are old and not working properly. Other than that I totally recommend it.

Hike from this condo 300 feet to trails going up to any of Breckenridge's 4 peaks in the summer or to the Quicksilver Chairlift in the winter or walk 2 blocks to the heart of downtown.
