Located at 1750 Sharks Tooth Trail. BIKERS - GREAT LOCATION - NEAR SOUTH GATE AND VERY SHORT WALK TO BIKE PARKING. Beautifully decorated. Tile throughout the entire house. Beautiful chair rail and crown molding in every room.
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms-Queen bed in Master, Queen in 2nd bedroom, 1 Bunk Bed /twin over full in 3rd bedroom. Flat panel TV's in all three bedrooms and living room.
Kitchen/Dining Area: Beautiful custom cabinets, granite counter tops, flat surface stove, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dining table (seats for 6), fully equipped kitchen with (plates, bowls, cups, glasses), mixer, blender, coffee pot, can opener, etc.

Cleaning: Cleaning products are provided for you to clean at your departure. House must be left clean and undamaged or Refund will not be returned. In the event the unit has not been cleaned, a portion of your deposit will be withheld to pay the cleaning fee.
You must bring your own bath soaps, paper products including toilet paper and paper towels. (Sheets and towels provided for monthly rentals.)
All guests must register with Ocean Lakes and obtain a Parking Pass from Ocean Lakes at 8.00 per day.
A golf cart is available for use with this rental, however, a strict golf cart policy must be signed and followed. No one under the age of 16 shall operate golf car and all drivers over the age of 16 must carry valid drivers license at all times. Failure to follow guidelines will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit.
The guest signing the rental agreement will be required to provide a copy of their drivers license as well as sign a copy of Ocean Lakes code of conduct. For any reason OL security, Horry County Sheriffs office, or the SC Highway patrol is called to 1750 Sharks Tooth for any reason, the homeowner will be charged at fine by OL of 500.00. Therefore, the homeowner will seek payment from you through Horry County Magistrate Court for the cost incurred.

Payment is as follows: 300.00 deposit required when booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be divided into 3 installments. Please ask.
Manager's cancellation policy:
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

About: We have two rentals inside Ocean Lakes. This 3 bed/2 bath home and a 5 bed 3.5 bath home (2 story stilt). Both houses were built in 2013. First rental season for this house was summer 2013. We strive to provide a clean, safe, home for your vacation needs. Please review our photos and recommended instructions in the description.
