Home built in 2013, Custom Built Stilt House, 3 Bedrooms - 2 Full Baths (Sleeps 6/7).

Located at 1750 Sharks Tooth Trail. BIKERS - GREAT LOCATION - NEAR SOUTH GATE AND VERY SHORT WALK TO BIKE PARKING. Beautifully decorated. Tile throughout the entire house. Beautiful chair rail and crown molding in every room.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms-Queen bed in Master, Queen in 2nd bedroom, 1 Bunk Bed /twin over full in 3rd bedroom. Flat panel TV's in all three bedrooms and living room.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Beautiful custom cabinets, granite counter tops, flat surface stove, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dining table (seats for 6), fully equipped kitchen with (plates, bowls, cups, glasses), mixer, blender, coffee pot, can opener, etc.

Living Room: Sofa, love seat, recliner, Flat panel TV with cable.

Baths: 2 full baths with shower/tub combination, custom vanities with granite counter tops.

Washer and dryer stack on the main level.

Large covered deck with ceiling fans, patio table and chairs. Enjoy the morning shade and evening sunset. Downstairs rear deck overlooking canal.

Parking for 4 cars with covered steps to upstairs living area. Great outside enclosed shower with hot/cold water.

Great location and easy access to US 17 through South Gate and easy walking distance to overflow parking.

This house was built in 2013. SPOTLESS and CLEAN!!!

Cleaning: Cleaning products are provided for you to clean at your departure. House must be left clean and undamaged or Refund will not be returned. In the event the unit has not been cleaned, a portion of your deposit will be withheld to pay the cleaning fee.

You must bring your own bath soaps, paper products including toilet paper and paper towels. (Sheets and towels provided for monthly rentals.)

All guests must register with Ocean Lakes and obtain a Parking Pass from Ocean Lakes at 8.00 per day.

A golf cart is available for use with this rental, however, a strict golf cart policy must be signed and followed. No one under the age of 16 shall operate golf car and all drivers over the age of 16 must carry valid drivers license at all times. Failure to follow guidelines will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit.

The guest signing the rental agreement will be required to provide a copy of their drivers license as well as sign a copy of Ocean Lakes code of conduct. For any reason OL security, Horry County Sheriffs office, or the SC Highway patrol is called to 1750 Sharks Tooth for any reason, the homeowner will be charged at fine by OL of 500.00. Therefore, the homeowner will seek payment from you through Horry County Magistrate Court for the cost incurred.

SORRY: No Pets, No Smoking inside the home.

We have two rentals inside Ocean Lakes. This 3 bed/2 bath home and a 5 bed 3.5 bath home (2 story stilt). Both houses were built in 2013. First rental season for this house was summer 2013. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay while on vacation I highly recommend this home. This home is wonderful. It is clean, comfy, and has everything you need. wonderfull vacation

Me and my family (4 adults and 2 kids) had a wonderfull time staying into this property. From the beggining of our research for renting the house, June was very helpfull. She was responding fast and clear to all my questions. Even once we got there it was easy to contact her. The house was clean and as you see on picture. It's located on a quiet street. The golf cart is a must to get to the beach, pool and of course the arcade !!!! My little girls had an amazing time feeding the ducks and swan right from the rear balcony. We also appreciated the downstairs shower when we were coming back from the beach ...(less sand in the house). Thank you again for your lovely property, we bring home good memories ...

Enjoyable Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had use of the golf cart to get to the beach or pool which was helpful, and also had use of a gas grill. The upstairs deck is lovely for sitting at to relax or just reading a book. June was very pleasant to work with and I thank her too.

Beautiful clean home!!!

We recently stayed in this home and couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. The house was very clean and well maintained and the porch was an awesome place to enjoy a cup of coffee or even dinner. The property managers and owners were very nice to work with. We would love to rent this house again next time we are in Ocean Lakes.

Just as advertised! Excellent clean rental

My family and I had an awesome experience staying here. I have rented several homes throughout the years at Ocean Lakes and have to stay this rental is the cleanest home I've stayed in. June is very accommodating to any needs and very easy to work with. Will rent from again my next stay at Ocean Lakes.

Refundable damage deposit $250

The deposit is due when booking is made. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to stay. The week of July 4th is an additional 100.00. Always verify rates with property manager. We do not set up rates for the flowing year until Jan. of each year.

Snow birds please inquire about rates with property manager.

Payment is as follows: 300.00 deposit required when booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be divided into 3 installments. Please ask.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
