Recently back from our third stay in this wonderful apartment. Great place to stay - feels like home as soon as you walk through the door, the apartment has everything you could possibly need to make a great holiday. The owner and local agent are really easy to work with. Great secure building, friendly staff.

We loved our stayed in this condo which is located at the Landmark building on the 33rd floor. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower/bath. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes. There is Cable TV with a DVR, a VCR/DVD and stereo system.
This is our second year in this condo and we already signed a contract to stay again in 2016. The owner is very accommodating and very easy to do business with. The apartment is very nice and has awesome views of the ocean and Waikiki buildings. It comes with everything you need including free internet service, and also has a free underground parking for one car. It is a good space for a family of 6 people.
It is located within a short walk to the beach and fine restaurants and within a walking distance from the Ala Moana mall, an ABC store and the Pantry, a small grocery store.
If you have a rental car, you can take a short drive to a very large Safeway grocery store.
Overall we would definitely come back to this apartment, and look forward to visiting Waikiki again next year.

We stayed for a month - this condo is the best we have rented in Waikiki to date.
The owner was helpful and booking was easy. The owners agent in Waikiki was helpful, friendly, and efficient - she made everything go smoothly.
The description and photos are accurate but seeing is believing we would recommend you give it a try. Everything you could possibly need for a great vacation was provided, clean and very well maintained (as was the building and communal areas - pool fantastic) it felt like home straight away.
Already booked again for next year - can't wait to return.

My wife and I stayed at this unit for one month in March 2013 and had a wonderful stay. The unit was everything as described on the web site , it was fully equipped with everything we needed , was very comfortable and with high quality furnishings , the beds were very clean and comfortable , the washer and drier worked fine , the owners were a pleasure to deal with and the staff at the desk etc were friendly and helpful .In addition we received our security deposit back promptly and in full. All in all a wonderful and flawless experience.
The unit is on the 33rd level with wonderful views from the Ala Wai Canal right around to the sea towards Ala Moana Park .It is a 15 minute walk to Ala Moana shopping centre , is within 2 minute walk of an ABC store and a supermarket and 2 minutes to the bus route. Fifteen minutes and you are at the main bus routes at Ala Moana.
We highly recommend this unit , the owners and the staff. We would definitely stay there again. Steve and Pam , Tasmania , Australia
ps The unit layout was very friendly if you have another couple staying.The unit is layed out with the main bedroom and bathroom at one end with the second bedroom and second bathroom at the other end. In the middle was the Kitchen and lounge room which afforded a great buffer for privacy etc but a great common area to eat and socialise
