*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Floor to ceiling windows throughout this home give you ocean views from almost every room. Watch the surfers in the morning, the beach goers and kite surfers in the afternoon, and watch the waves crash at night with help from the giant lights on the roof of the Capri. This is a unique and amazing home.
Stay at this gorgeous, modern condo at one of the only high rise buildings on the beach in Pacific Beach. Steps away from the boardwalk, crystal pier, and all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Garnet Avenue.
This is a spacious corner unit with views from almost every window of this condo. The unit has a very large master bedroom with king bed and ocean views, lots of closet space, and large, private bathroom.
The second bedroom has two queen beds and large closets.
The second bathroom is large and very modern.
A queen size sleeper sofa will sleep another 2 people.
The home has flat screen TV's in every room.
The kitchen was recently updated with newer cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is very well equipped with many small appliances and utensils you wouldn't find at many vacation rentals.
The condo is only a small part of what makes this home truly a unique vacation. The building has a rooftop deck 12 stories up with 360 degree views of Pacific and Mission Beach. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs, picnic tables and barbecues.
There is also a very nice pool that is heated at a constant 86 degrees year round. The pool area also has a large jacuzzi and sauna for your use.
Lastly, there is one dedicated, secured parking spot available with the unit. Anyone that knows about how tough parking can be by the beach will understand how valuable this is to the home.
Imagine going to sleep each night with sound of the waves crashing on the sand!
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.

Attention Guest: In a meeting in July 2018, the SD city council voted on a de-facto ban for all vacation rentals in the city of San Diego effective July 1, 2019. This means that all rentals booked after July 1, 2019 may have to be canceled depending on what happens with the ordinance. We do not know yet what changes will officially be made or if the implementation date may be pushed back, but we want to offer our homes and hospitality while we can. Please note, if you make a reservation for July 2019 or after, the city may require a cancellation of your reservation. We will be in touch with all guests on the progress of the city’s decisions on STVRs.
