Sterling Breeze is one of Panama City Beach's newer and nicest boutique style beach resorts. Our beautifully decorated 'beach themed' condo is located on the western end of Panama City's sandy white beach, just a short walk - 1/3 mile from Pier Park, one of northwest's Florida's premiere shopping, dining and entertainment complex's.
Recently renovated, the modern lobby features beautiful granite waterfalls with black couches surrounding uniquely architected ponds with fountains. You can watch flat panel tv's or walk into the wine bar that overlooks the beachfront pool and ocean. Walk out the back doors of our lobby to the travertine marbled deck surrounding the infinity edge pool. Sterling Breeze also features a jacuzzi tub... for unwinding after a long walk on the beach. There is a fire pit on the deck opposite the pool for relaxing with family on a cool Spring or Fall evening. A fitness room with 'state of the art' exercise equipment is located around the corner from lobby and offers great views of the pool, beach and gulf of Mexico... the perfect way to start the day or unwind after a day on the beach or shopping.
Our beach condominium has beautiful views of the gulf of Mexico. Our beautiful beach condo is located on the 8th floor... the perfect height as you are not too close to the activities around the pool area, however you do not feel like you are at the top of a skyscraper. Our kitchen features high end cabinetry with granite counter tops, a walk in washer dryer room, and a beautiful view of the gulf of Mexico! Make dinner on our outdoor balcony grill or enjoy an afternoon cocktail on our private balcony. The master bedroom offers a king bed (new King size mattress) in the master suite with a flat screen TV. The master bathroom is beautiful and spacious, decorated with limestone tile in the shower along with European glass doors. A set of bunk beds in the hallway is perfect for children and offers a custom bathroom next to the bunk beds. A nice sleep sofa located in the living room is available for the unexpected visitor. Free secured wireless internet is included at our condo (we'll provide the security code). Our beach condo features 9 ft. ceilings and can sleep up to 6, however 2 - 5 is ideal. We offer great rental rates (much better than if you booked with the resort directly), with no hidden resort fee's. taxes or cleaning fee's!!!. We only rent to adults during the busy Spring break months as we are committed to keeping our place pristine! You can always email or call us for any special last minute rate requests.

The resort complex, condo features, short walking distance to Pier Park as well as other local attractions convinced us this was the place where we wanted to buy for our future vacations!

There is something to do for everybody....from relaxing at the beach to swimming at our private luxury pool to shopping / dining at one of the world's premier entertainment destinations (Pier Park) to fishing off the nearby pier.... and a lifetime of memories in the making.....

Awesome family getaway!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo so much. It is in a great location on Front Beach where you can walk to Pier Park and and other restaurants to avoid the heavy traffic. Super clean and the owners were awesome to work with!! Definitely will be back to stay again!
My husband and I stayed in this condo at the end of March, 2018. WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, COMFORTABLE......are just a few of the words I can think of to describe it. Mark & Vicky were wonderful owners to work with. Very close proximity to everything! LOVED Dusty's Oyster Bar a very short walk from the condo. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place on Panama City Beach! We will definitely be back again someday!

Beach was beautiful!
Positives: The condo was in a great location. Beach was quite and not crowded. The owners were very easy to work with and answered quickly!
Negatives: Master bedroom is tiny. The outside lights shine directly into master room , would recommend some blackout curtains so it is not so bright while trying to sleep. I personally thought the bed was not comfortable. The condo was dirty, they should hire a new cleaning crew. Counters, toilets, and floors were definitely not cleaned. I spent the first hour personally cleaning it. The access to the beach does not have a ramp, only stairs. (If handicap or in my case just using my wagon was inconvenient).

We have had a longstanding, trusted partnership with our contracted cleaning company located right down the street. We addressed this matter with them and visited the condo to ensure its cleanliness. We are confident cleanliness will not be an issue going forward. If any guest has any issue with our condo upon arrival, they should call us immediately and we'll address the concern right away. Past reviews do indicate that cleanliness is a priority as our expectations are the same as yours as our guest. Additionally, we have replaced the mattress with a new mattress in the master bedroom and have added room darkening window shades to the master bedroom based on your feedback.
Great view, nice pool, great parking
We had a great time! Views from the balcony were great! Enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony every day. Kids bedding was great (my daughter loved her mattress) but we thought that the master bedroom had a very soft mattress. Storage space is lacking as there is no space for suitcases, etc. we used the top bunk as storage since we were only three people. Kitchen area was nice as we made several meals while we were there. Bathrooms were okay but seemed to need a deep cleaning. Wifi is great because our service didn't seem to work outside the condo very well. Parking garage was great especially with the crossover. Overall I would stay there again!

Overall the property was as we expected. Only problem not enough elevators for the number of people. Sometimes it would take 10 to 15 minutes to get an elevator that was not full. The elevators on checkin day were overwhelmed and took over 2 hours to get our things to our room.
Sterling Breeze is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. The west end resorts are newer, away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Panama. We're just 1/2 mile, or a short stroll, to Pier Park outdoor mall and entertainment complex, which features some of the best restaurants in North Florida. There are 70+ shops and special dining areas within Pier Park as well as a huge Rave Theater complex and children's play areas. There are outdoor concerts almost every weekend at Pier Park. For a small fee, you can walk out onto the huge 1/4 mile pier that takes you into the ocean waters for great sight seeing or fishing. Sterling Breeze is close to scenic 30A where you will find gorgeous coastal dune communities like Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Watersound Beach, and Seacrest Beach.... home to some famous musicians. We recommend the 15 minute drive over to beautiful 30A, especially during a sunset. Sterling Breeze is located right on the beach so there is no need to cross a street to go to the beach... just walk out the back lobby door to the pool deck and the white, sandy beach is just a few steps away. Sterling Breeze's location is 2nd to none....we love It here! It is the perfect spot to unwind at the pool or beach, or be entertained and wined and dined, all within a few steps from our condo. There is something to do for everyone!

Refundable $250 separate check security deposit required with final payment to cover any damage to the condominium "outside the norm." In room wireless internet included. Monthly rates available. We do not accept credit card payment however we have taken paypal on occasion. This ensures that our condo stays nice for our valued renters, many of which are repeat renters.
