Cozy, comfortable and well-connected!

  • 5 of 5

We spent four nights at this lovely condo. It was very comfortable and convenient, with the bus right out the door. The iron stove is just wonderful, and wood was provided. Bathroom and kitchen in excellent shape and well-equipped. Theresa was very nice, and I would definitely recommend this rental to a friend.

Nice Place - Just don't forget your car pass

  • 3 of 5

We live in the front range and had family visiting. So we thought it would be nice to bring them up to Breckenridge for the weekend. We arrived and found the condo to be very nice and clean. Unloading my older parents, two kids and our dog, we did not get the car passes on our cars the first night. I went outside the next morning to get our backpack to load it for our morning hike, to discover that both of our cars had been towed overnight. Thankfully my husband had brought his bike up, and was able to ride in the 5 miles to the tow lot and get our cars (which cost us 240 per car- not ironically the CO state max for towing fees). This, needless to say did not help us have a great time in the mountains. That night my husband and I were both unable to sleep listening at the tow truck running up and down the street(we watched or heard them tow three more cars that night, and saw then come into our parking lot to confirm we had the tags up around 4AM). I do not blame the home owners, because the note near the door states it is the Home owners associate that has contracted with the towing company. We messed up and did not put on the pass. So this is a nice place, but please do not give the towing company any more money - put the pass on your car! I also think it is safe to say that we will be visiting other beautiful place in CO in the future, not Breckenridge.

Owner's Response: We were sorry to hear about your parking problems. Historically we have had serious problems with illegal parking in the complex which results in guests and homeowners not having a parking space when they return home. This is a huge problem because of the limited parking space available in the complex. Again, we are sorry for your inconvenience and we will continue to remind guests of the necessity of the parking pass.
