About Margie Bridges, property manager
I am the manager for the owner. She is a very busy attorney here in Winter Park. I am a life-long resident of Winter Park for over 50 years, and property manager for almost 30 of those. I am a real estate professional. Together, we are happy to share our wonderful town with you.
Margie Bridges, property manager purchased this Bungalow in 2000
Why Margie Bridges, property manager chose Winter Park
This property was purchsed out of a love of Winter Park and its charm. Bungalows are a favorite architectural style that are 'endangered', yet are so easy to live in. Winter Park has lovely 1920's neighborhoods once filled with these homes, that now need protection and are deserving of the respect that they once enjoyed. This home was purchased to assist in preserving and maintaining the charm of 'olde Winter Park' for others to enjoy. It is convenient to all the parks, lakes, shopping, museums, restaurants, sport activities, and colleges that Winter Park enjoys. The owner and her family wish to share it with others.
What makes this Bungalow unique
This bungalow is sunny and bright and beautifully appointed with all the modern conveniences the traveller will expect. It is centrally located in residential neighborhood so that walking is often preferable to get to fine dining and Winter Park theater. Rollins College is also within walking distance, yet the quiet neighborhood where we are located is convenient to the Winter Park Village and major shopping. The mature landscaping, the private patio affords the traveller with peace and tranquility, yet the ability to enjoy the culture and history that makes Winter Park special.

Delightful in every way
My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our four-week stay in the bungalow on Bungalow. The layout was perfect for us; and we enjoyed all of the natural light, the private outdoor space; the ambiance; and the location. We only wish it had been available for us to extend our stay. The bungalow is thoughtfully appointed and well-managed. Specific notes: the kitchen has most everything one needs; the bed is very comfortable! Our experience was delightful from arrival to (reluctant) departure!
Delightful! It felt like home.
This beautiful bungalow is conveniently located to downtown (Park Av) Winter Park close to great restaurants, shopping and art museums. My husband and I spent two delightful weeks enjoying the very spacious and well-appointed bungalow as well as many of the destinations that the area offers. We walked to Park Avenue a few times where we visited the Morse Museum to see the Tiffany glass collection, enjoyed the scenic boat tour of the chain of lakes, and dined at the fine restaurants whenever we chose not to cook, although the house offers a fully-equipped upmarket and modern kitchen. We also enjoyed pleasant walks in the neighborhood and through Mead Botanical Garden. The bungalow is very quiet and clean with a comfortable king bed...all very inviting. Property manager Margie Bridges is easy to communicate with and totally accommodating. Our stay was completely delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer!
