Private owner - save 10% Hotel Tax and avoid additional service charges by calling the owner direct.

AMENITIES & PARKING Guests can enjoy the complex's heated outdoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room and on-site ski valet. Underground secure PAY parking is available.

DISTANCES The ski-in/ski out trail is accessed directly from the property. Free village shuttle is 2 mins walk away and takes you to the lifts and village in less than 5 mins.

My wife and I have recently retired and are now living nearby. We have owned properties in Whistler for over 20 years, and are now making up for lost time, having never been ski bums when young.

Why Rick or Ellie Bryant chose Whistler

We bought in The Aspens because it is simply the best ski-in ski-out property in Whistler. The unit is spacious and well-equipped. There are excellent on-site amenities, it's a short walk or free shuttle bus to the village, but is also much quieter and more intimate than the village itself.

What makes this condo unique

Leave your skis or board with the ski valet, relax in one of the 3 hot tubs, sip a cocktail on your private balcony or curl up in front of a gas fire, looking out over the mountain. Choose from over 50 restaurants or make a meal in your fully equipped kitchen. What's not to love?

Fantastic condo and complex!

The condo was very clean and perfect for our stay in Whistler. Gary was easy to communicate with and ensured everything was ready for us on our arrival. We stayed with two small kids and the condo was a perfect size for us. The pool is fantastic as well! Loved our stay and will look to book here again in the future. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy: Initial deposit is non-refundable, but may be used as a credit towards a final payment on a future reservation, provided the future reservation is within 1 year following the cancelled reservation. In the event of cancellation following final payment, we will attempt to re-rent the property. Net proceeds of any re-rental will be reimbursed, less a 10%/$75 administration fee.

10% deposit on booking. Balance due not less than 60 days before arrival.
Payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, personal cheques or Interac-by-email. 2% surcharge for non-Canadian credit cards and PayPal.
