This light & bright, warm & inviting dwelling offers a happy play of tropical tints and room for everyone, including split bedrooms featuring 3 separate master suites, including one on the upper level with a King bed and an airy, restful deck, which was part of extensive 2005 renovations to the home. Another master suite with 2 Twin beds and Twin/King trundle bed is adjacent to a Florida room inspired study, the perfect nook for reading and relaxation. The third bedroom suite is next to living room and features a king bed.
Outside, the larger private lot has been enhanced a newer (2005) addition of a sunny pool and restful spa and many areas for entertaining or serene contemplation among the garden setting in the fully fenced backyard with preferred Southern exposure.
The Coquina Sands neighborhood is one of the most desirable and appealing locales in all of Naples, convenient to all attractions and downtown, and featuring winding, peaceful streets lined with lush canopies of native trees. This property must be experienced to appreciate the lifestyle Naples, Florida offers.

Bright and comfortable beach house
The house is wonderful. It is bright, spacious and cheerful and has a nice floor plan to accommodate two families. I appreciated the great beds, abundance of quality linens & towels and the comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked and there were paper and cleaning products which was nice to not have to buy all that. The house is in an excellent location and close to the beach and shopping. The pool is fantastic as well. The only thing we wished for was to have a DVD player and to be able to park in the garage. Overall a great property.
This vacation home is a stay in paradise
We had the most amazing vacation in Naples. This vacation home was everything and more than what we expected. Eric the home owner met us on our arrival even though we were late, showed us his home and was there for us if we needed anything. This home was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need from bikes to beach chairs this home had everything. The pool area was only beautiful to relax in. It was in a beautiful upscale area. Great for going on a bike ride to the beach and watch the sunset. I would highly recommend this beautiful home. Thank you Eric
Our Naples vacation was perfect and it's easy to say that this home was even nicer than expected. The owner met us at the property, which was a nice way to start. We saw how things worked and it gave us the opportunity to find out a few things about the neighborhood etc. Eric is warm and easy to talk to. Plus, he's immediately available if you have anything to ask or need anything.
The home is spacious, with a great open layout. While it was really much bigger than we needed (just two of us) you could easily accommodate a crowd. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open and the upstairs master suite was private and serene. Honestly, there was space we never even used...The yard is an oasis; extremely private with lush tropical garden areas, several seating areas and the spa was great. The overflow waterfall gave us the nice sound of water...very restful. Don't even worry about traffic noise. Even though I thought it might be a busy road, the traffic there was non existent.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. Immaculately clean everywhere, and I can be fussy. The furniture is all well matched and is great quality. Nice linens, good towels, and tasteful art. We used the upstairs suite which had the outdoor patio area, and loved the huge bathroom with a bright spa inspired shower. Nice restful beachy color scheme too. The downstairs master was large as well. The bathroom in that room is a terrific retro style that looked like it was brand new, even though I'm sure it was original to the home. Everything was very well cared for and tastefully done.
We rode the bikes all around the local neighborhoods. The streets are gorgeous, the homes are gorgeous and the native trees make many of the streets a canopy of shade. For sure, Olde Naples is the prettiest town in Florida! This home is in the Coquina Sands neighborhood, which is very exclusive.
The owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas (which you will need!) and cooler/drink jugs etc. We went to several different beaches during our stay. Our tip- go to the town office in Naples, on 8th St, and purchase a Naples parking sticker. It's only $50. and good for a year. At $8 a day for parking at every beach access, it's well worth it. We were able to use it at Tigertail Beach on Marco and Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs as well as all of Naples.
Have no second thoughts about renting this home. It was perfect for our vacation. We loved it and I'm sure you will too!!

The house was perfect for us. Very family friendly. It was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, even bicycles and beach chairs and toys!! The location was great-just a couple blocks from shopping and within walking distance to one of the nicest public beaches in Naples. The pool and spa are well maintained. We used them on a daily basis- I think my kids were fish in a past life ;) . Its almost time for the annual exterior TLC with a power washer, but as a whole the house is clean, in good condition and well appointed with parking for multiple vehicles. Our host was very accommodating and great to work with.

This beautiful home has it all! Spacious, spotless accommodations, fully-appointed kitchen, stunning pool/spa, privacy, perfect location, and a local owner who is willing to help ensure that your visit is the trip of a lifetime! This home is the best of the best, with new mattresses, flatscreen tvs, free wi-fi, plenty of towels, hardwood & tile floors, and the newest appliances. This owner has thought of everything! We didn't want to leave & you won't want to either!
A LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE
My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in June. This house was better than I even imagined. The pool/back yard is very private, you do not even know there is anyone else around. This is honestly like a secret paradise, it is very quaint and adorable. You are very close to the mall and minute to the nearest grocery store, so convenient to everything. Eric is more than accomodating if there is a problem. We hope to return to this beautiful home in the future, my grandson (6), who lives in Naples and visited us every day says he already misses that house. Not your ordinary house, very different quaint, we loved it.
Naples is well known for its beautiful white sand beaches, world-class culture and restaurants, and high-end shopping, but it's also a great family destination that appeals to nature lovers, golfers and tennis players.
