About Chuck Hunt
Chuck's family has owned the farm property for nearly 100 years. We built our home around an existing home in 2005 to raise our growing family -- three girls including a set of twins. We built the barn and riding facilities in 2007 to run a riding program for children and adults. Today, we are living in Vermont for Jane's work.
Chuck Hunt purchased this Farmhouse in 1997
Why Chuck Hunt chose Williamstown
With plenty of room for family, close to wonderful cultural, sports and outdoor attractions with many choices for dining out, our property is the perfect site to relax year round. Whether visiting Williams College for a prospective student or as an alum, many people make Williamstown an annual destination.
What makes this Farmhouse unique
We have an above ground outdoor pool with a large deck with breathtaking views, a large great room with a pool table, a functional kitchen with a SubZero refrigerator, dishwasher. Our country dining room has a large table with access through french doors to a wrap around deck. The great room has a working fireplace. Our rural setting allows you to watch the neighbor's cows graze, have a game of wiffleball or frisbee and we have an awesome hill for sledding in the winter. Every room in our home is light-filled and the many windows offer wonderful views of the surrounding mountain ranges.

This is a great very large house
We stayed for the local Williams College graduation. Three generations had a great time!
Meticulous farmhouse with such character
Hosted 9 adults without issue for a team building business meeting. Plenty of space for work and fun. Great location wit beautiful views from the deck. I highly recommend this property!!
Large family compound that felt homey and inviting!
We had a wonderful family gathering at this special property! Having two full kitchens helped immensely as we were hosting a crowd for Thanksgiving dinner. There was definitely room for our family to spread out. The views of the surrounding mountains were exquisite! The owners and caretakers were lovely and accommodating. Thank you for a memorable week in the Berkshires!
WONDERFUL COUNTRY FARMHOUSE!
Cobble Hill Farmhouse was wonderful! We had a cousin's family reunion there over the weekend and it was a perfect location. We had plenty of bedrooms and baths. There was also a lovely great room and large eating area. There is even a beautiful in-law suite downstairs with another stove/oven for cooking for a large group, which we did. We had appetizers on the lovely outdoor deck area and a cozy campfire in the fire pit area. We would definitely all like to return. Thanks to Jane for the prompt and pleasant communication.
Our group enjoyed our stay at the farm. It rained very hard one day we were there and we stayed indoors with 2 toddlers and 6 adults but with all the space we didn't run out of things to do or feel cramped. Loved that the house was so close to all the activities in town. We would stay again.
This was our second trip to this beautiful house with our kids and some extended family. The house was great, and we had an incredible time in the pool and playing in the yard. The views were magnificent, and we're looking forward to returning again next summer!
