It was very nice.

My family enjoyed the pool and the views by the pool. We saw a lot of dolphins morning and at night. It was nice that we could walk to the beach and Johns Pass.

A Treasure on Treasure Island!

  • 5 of 5

We booked this property for a Christmas holiday after a previous arrangement for a condo fell through, and I'm SO glad it did! This property exceeded our expectations. The view alone is astonishing, and can be seen from the panoramic windows. We had multiple dolphin sightings nearly every day. The house is large and comfortable with plenty of options for seating and relaxing. Although it is bit dated, it's hardly noticeable when you take into account all of the amenities. The pool was chilly, but we still managed to go for a swim on a couple of the warmer days. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus, as we brought our two small dogs along with us. They loved watching boats and birds travel throughout the bay, while running through the (actually quite large) yard. Watching the sunrise AND sunset from the south-facing dock was spectacular. The location is spot-on. The beach is right up the street, as well as the main road that leads to multiple restaurants, shops, and more. Not to mention John's Pass and St. Pete Beach are both only a short drive away. I just can't say enough about our experience here! It was unforgettable.

Perfect location , pool and view were amazing , AC was lacking

  • 4 of 5

This house itself was great as was the location in treasure island backing up to the canals, the pool was nice , clean and refreshing each day along with fishing off the dock and seeing dolphins daily . The house is a bit dated but as stated in the description as retro but has all the amenities of home . My only complaint is the AC . The air conditioning wasn't able to keep up with the heat of Florida , this may seem like a petty complaint to some but the inside temp. averaged around 76-78 and in the master bedroom was much perceived higher , given the fact that there were multiple multiple fans allocated for use , this is and has been a problem for some . Now with that being said .... I don't know if that would keep me from renting this home again for vacation . With all the positives of the location , the beauty of the pool

And the dock with waterway right off the backyard ... it really is a fantastic vacation home with an HVAC Issue . All in all we had an amazing vacation experience and my family had wonderful time .
