The main floor also has a half bathroom, deck, and washer/dryer. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms for your sleeping flexibility. The master bedroom has a queen bed, another new flat-screen TV, and an en suite full bath. Across the hall are another queen bedroom, a room with four bunk beds, and another full bath. Thanks to a sparkling new remodel at the end of 2013, this lovely home feels brand new!
Sail over to the pool complex's two pools (seasonal) and year-round hot tub for some freshwater fun, or play some tennis after a morning lounging by the pool!

Tahoe City's restaurants, shops, nightlife, and special events like the Farmer's Market and free movies and concerts on the beach are just one mile away on the paved bike trail. Of course, Nevada's casinos are just 12 miles around the lake as well.

About Vacasa, CA - Lake Tahoe Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Clean place in good location but unit has some issues.
The unit was advertised with two queen rooms and one bunk room with 4 beds. The bunk room only has two twin beds so we did not have beds for 3 kids as planned. The thermostat is downstairs so it is difficult to balance heat in the unit - the furnace is loud and right next to the bedrooms so it woke us up a lot. The TV setup in the living room is a disaster - dangling power cords and 5 remotes mostly with no batteries. Despite these issues, the place was clean and updated and the location was convienent.
We will see what we can do to clean-up the TV area. We apologize for the other disappointments the guest experienced and hope they still had a good time!

Fun times in Tahoe
Quiet location. Easy access and within walking distance of Tahoe City with plenty of trails to hike and bike on.
Really nice condo with all the amenities! Quiet and nicely located!
The only readon it didnt get a five was because the tennis courts were being resurfaced and were unavailable and that rendered the pools unusuable from noise and huge tractors! The cono itself was clean modern with great access to the lake! We will return and hope to rent this condo next year!!!
Good location but needs TLC
location is good. Central to most activities and close to restaurants. The unit could definitely use TLC. I understand that it is a vacation rental so it may be hard to keep up but flooring needs to be updated. The carpet upstairs is dirty and has stains all over. Their is definitely an issue with hair all over the condo. I am not an expert, but from the looks of it and the way the hairs are scattered all over the condo it seems like dog hair, and a good deep cleaning inside and out could go a long way.
We are sorry the guest found the home less than perfect for cleanliness. After the summer season, it is scheduled to have a deep clean. Thank you.
