Why Kellner Phillips chose Austin

We bought this house because we have been coming to Austin for 10 years and love the place. We will be here half of the year and make a wonderful place for y'all to enjoy the rest of the year!

What makes this house unique

The folks that sold us this home did a meticulous job restoring the entire property/house--from the floors to the paint, fixtures and structure. It's on one of Austin's most cherished streets, Willow. A quiet neighborhood, awesome location, great neighbors and a gorgeous house, the choice was easy.

Such a gem!

  • 5 of 5

This property is such a wonderful little oasis! The owners have put so much care and detail into the home and there wasn't anything they didn't think of to make our stay more enjoyable. We have a baby and so the office was a perfect location to set up her pack n play (they had one as well but we brought our own), and they had a changing table and a diaper genie for our use! The kitchen was fully stocked, which was so wonderful as we are avid cooks and able to make meals in the evening because they had everything (re: a garlic mincer, lemon press, cutting boards and serving platters, etc). They also had so many extra amenities that are so unheard of, like extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, hair ties, a flat iron, robes, etc. It was a truly wonderful place. And the master bed was SO comfortable. The location is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, but less than a mile from the convention center. And there's a great little pizza place right around the corner, Bufalina. We will definitely look to stay here again our next trip!

Fantastic Place to Stay

  • 5 of 5

Our family spent Spring Break in this quaint and comfortable home, and would highly recommend it to others! The location is so convenient to downtown (and the airport), and the house is well equipped with quality furnishings. We really appreciated Kellner's interest in making our stay enjoyable and her responsiveness to any questions we had. We'll be back!

Cozy home close to everything

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and had everything we needed for convenience and comfort. The location was great, close to everything. I was there for a conference and was able to walk to the convention centre. Kellner was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a clean cozy place to stay near downtown.
