Property description

Atrium 201 is a beautifully renovated , west facing condominium with mountain views and all new kitchen, bath and appliances at the Atrium complex. Enjoy a quiet section of Breckenridge at the south end of French Street with easy access to wonderful restaurants shops and activities. Close to everything. Walk two blocks to town. Walk to the slopes, or take the shuttle bus in front of property to Peak 8 and Peak 9. Located next to Carter Park with sledding hill for winter, and volleyball (annual summer tournament - Aug 9-11, 2013) and tennis courts in summer. Underground heated garage and ski locker provided. The Atrium has a beautiful Common Living Area in the building and an outdoor hot tub and grill, providing a great atmosphere to relax after a long day on the slopes, hiking, biking, boating or shopping.

Summer Highlights:

You can walk two short blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. You can also mountain bike or ride a 'comfort' bike on the 9 mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, the National Repertory Orchestra concerts (late June to mid August), and the Pro Challenge Bike Race. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

Winter Highlights:

It is a short 3 block walk to the Quicksilver Chairlift., the fastest people mover in the country, loading two high speed 6 person chairs at one time. (moving 3000 people an hour). After your ski day, you can also walk two short blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Relax in the private 5 person hot tub on the deck of this property, at the end of your ski day, with of view of the slopes of Breckenridge.
