Apartment ideal for a family of 4 or two couples. Max four persons in a group, max 5 if it's direct family akin/relatives (parents, children).
I have an official short stay permit issued by the Amsterdam city council.
The apartment is located in the back of a historic Canal House. It is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in town. The modern loft apartment measures 215 sqm. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a library/study corner (on the lower level), a large open living and dining space with high ceilings and huge windows overlooking the garden, open plan kitchen with diner on the upper level. With the apartment comes a private, secluded garden with day bed, table and chairs. There is an separate room downstairs with washer and dryer.
Due to the open plan space, the apartment is less suitable for small children.
As the lower floor of the apartment is below streetlevel, the downstairs bathrooms are equiped with pumps. These need to be handled with care and make some sound when used.
Master Bedroom: King size bed (180x210) can be changed into two singles upon request, windows on interior space
Large Bathroom with bathtub, double sink, separate rainshower, toilet
Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200), windows on garden
Bedroom 3: queen bed (160x200), windows on garden
Small bathroom: sink, rainshower, toilet

Open kitchen with diner for 6: oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffeemaker, etc
Large open living, with two couches, flat screen tv, large windows giving on garden, dining area for up to 12 persons.
Separate hall and bathroom.
Note: as we live in a historical building, it is inevitable that we have the occational mouse in the house. Precautions have been taken. Please avoid unpacked leaving bread/toast/cereals on the counter.
Note: as we are situated next to a daycare, please be aware that there are sounds of children playing outside (weather permitting) sometimes in the morning and from 4-6pm)

As the property is my private home, I always ask my guests for some background information, like where you are from, what you do, who you are travelling with.
