Ocean Ritz 1401 is a beautifully appointed Luxury Condo on the Beach. 1401 is ideal for well supervised large family, church, scouts and children's sports groups. Must be over 25 years old and present during the entire stay to rent this property. We do not rent to college or high school spring break groups.

Ocean Ritz 1401 is one of the best values on the Emerald Coast.

Unlike many of the corporate managed units in PCB, equipped strictly as rentals – we have furnished our four (4) bedroom and four (4) bath condo in the way our family enjoys for beach vacation getaways. We supply free armbands and 3 free parking passes. 1 reserved spot and 1 for overflow at Ocean Ritz and 1 in the Churchwell PCB parking lot that can accommodate extra and oversize vehicles.

Ocean Ritz 1401 is our 'Sandcastle in the Sky' that will give you that happy beach feeling both outside and inside. Although we do our best to keep the sand outside ;-).

It features unique comfortable beach themed furnishings throughout completely upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliances and full size Washer and Dryer. Freshly painted with beautiful tile work plus black out draperies so you can 'sleep in' if you feel like it. Definetly not the same 'rental packages' found in most beach condominiums. Comfortable accommodations for thirteen (13) people in beds (only 8 people over 16 years old permitted) are provided.

Ocean Ritz 1401 is located on the 14th Floor - we're on the east end of the building and away from elevator and pedestrian traffic.

The comfortable, sofa queen pull-out in the Great Room features a pleasant Gulf view with balcony access. The Kitchen table can sit 8 comfortably and is perfect for family meals or owner provided board games.

The bedrooms and Great Room are complete with attractive ceiling fans that help you cool off during those hot summer days. The entertainment center in the great room has an electric fireplace to warm up winter vacationers after a trip to our year round heated hot tub and Sauna. Our pool is also heated during cool weather.

The Grand Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Size Bed with pillow top mattress. It also features a giant glass door that easily opens to the smell, view and the soothing sounds of the emerald coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Master Bedroom is also equipped with a King size Bed with pillow-top mattress. The Sea Horse Room also features a comfortable queen size pillow top mattress and a large closet. The Sea Turtle room features a comfortable twin over full bunk and a full size sleeper sofa. The kids can sit on the sofa and watch their own 3D TV. Just close the door to give the adults some privacy :-).

The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters with custom cabinets and is completely equipped with utensils, coffee maker, electric appliances, cookware, bake-ware and storage ware. The kitchen is equipped with all that you would expect in your own home and everything you need to conveniently prepare meals to accommodate special diets and avoid the high cost of eating out.

All 4 clean and attractive bathrooms have private entrance from a bedroom and include granite counters and combination bathtub/showers. The Bathroom in the Grand Master Bedroom has double sinks and a jetted tub. Color-coordinated towels and other decorative accessories provide the finishing touches! There is also great water pressure and plenty of hot water to wash off the Gulf of Mexico at the end of the day.

Ocean Ritz 1401 also features full size Washer and Dryer for those days when you need to freshen up the provided linens, towels or your clothes. That big dryer is also handy keeping the owner provided beach towels dry.

The Enormous Balcony stretches outside the length of the condo with sliding door access from the Great Room and both Master Bedrooms, and features comfortable patio furniture that seats 11. It has as a outdoor dining table that seats 6 to enjoy the incredible views while enjoying a home cooked meal. Gramma and the kids will enjoy watching the Dolphins, Pelicans, people ;-), and other wildlife. In season, there is a daily parade of helicopters, boats, para sails and airplanes not to mention breathtaking fireworks displays. Some quests are totally entranced and spend their whole vacation just sitting on the balcony watching all the excitement.

Rainy day or relaxing at night: Use the free resort wide WIFI to Login to your Netflix or Facebook account on any of the 5 high definition/ 3D flatscreen Smart TVs. Each TV has a 3D blue ray player attached. Use the Blue tooth enabled sound stand in the grand room and an open HDMI connection for your own device. We also provides a small collection of DVDS for your enjoyment.

With our owner managed unit there is no need to even stop at a front desk. No corporate check in hassles at a front desk required for Ocean Ritz 1401!

We normally maintain a seven day minimum Saturday to Saturday model from the last Saturday in May to the second Saturday in August. All other times it is a 3 day minimum.

The front door lock features a push-button combination lock that we will program with your unique entry code valid for your stay. You can easily customize the code to something easier to remember, if you like. No problems with a physical key or magnetic card that can be lost in the sand! We can easily provide Ocean Ritz 1401 access to last-minute renters or guests who have lost their code by sending the codes via email or text message.

Ocean Ritz armbands and 2 parking passes are included in the rent. The owners also allows quests to use their annual PCB parking pass during their stay. It allows free parking for extra and oversized vehicles at all city operated parking lots.

On site security in season helps keep your vacation as trouble free as possible.

Mark is a former Cattle Rancher and retired US Army Aviator. Carol is a retired Systems Administrator. Even though we are retired, we still stay very busy. Our favorite pass time is being with our family and friends and keeping our condos in tip top shape. When we saw the Happy look on the peoples faces visiting the Ocean Ritz, we knew we found the perfect family get away. Now we want others to share the fun. Perfect Family Retreat!

The condo was immaculate! It is very tastefully decorated, yet very comfortable. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. The balcony is so large. It's like having an extra room. The extra perk of beach chairs & toys was a good surprise. Definitely recommend this for families! Parking is limited-one vehicle in the structure and one across the street but the condo itself makes up for the parking situation. Thank you for sharing this piece of Paradise!

Best unit ever rented at Ocean Ritz!

We have rented 3 different units at the Ocean Ritz since 2007. This unit is by far the very best! The unit was very clean, well supplied, and excellently furnished. Parking spaces are tight, and in the past, only received 1 parking pass when we had 3 vehicles. Mark provided 3 parking passes: 1@resort and 2 across the street-great! He was great to talk with and always responded promptly to my questions via email, text, or call. Of the many owners that I have dealt with over the years through VRBO, Mark was exceptional!

Excellent but with Issues

Our condo was very clean , well organized. Instructions for all electronics with controls were provided as well as TV's in each bedroom as well as the living room. Games , movies provided was an extra bonus. Large deck facing the gulf with ample sitting was very nice. We were very happy to find beach chairs and beach toys for our use , such a pleasant surprise. The décor was to our liking , condo appeared to have been newly painted and refurbished. The one major complaint is the elevator system. We had a great time at Gulf World , playing with the dolphins. Our family enjoyed eating out at the fabulous Captain Anderson restaurant, such a wonderful and delicious meal.

While we were there one of the two elevators for a twenty three story building stopped working, causing major issues for all. Thirty to forty minute waits to go up or down is way to long, frustration sits in when you are trying to check out to leave for home or just to go out to dinner.

I recommend to the owners to take action to remedy the situation , for I think you will loose future renters. Would love to rent the same condo again , but I do not wish to put up with the elevator problem again. Hope it corrected before next year.

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed the condo. 😊� So sorry you had the problem with our elevators. We had a circuit board blow out that had to be special ordered and is due to be installed tomorrow. Our HOA works very hard to keep our building in good shape and react to maintenance issues as quickly as they occur, but as you know sometimes things happen beyond our control. 😐�

Absolutely gorgeous condo.

The condo is beautiful. The amenities in the condo were great. The nicest place I have ever stayed. The rooms were spacious and so beautifully decorated. The balcony is so spacious and relaxing. Our son slept out there a couple times bc it was so comfortable.

The only reason I gave it four stars is because the parking is so cramped and the building isn't the nicest. The elevators were smelly at times and the "management" of the facility is always seen on his flip phone w a cigarette in his mouth. There is no lobby to the building.

I have never stay d a PCB so I cannot compare to other buildings.

I highly rrecommend the condo just be forewarned of the things that are out of the owners control.

Owner's Response: We are glad you enjoyed your stay at ocean Ritz 1401. Parking is one our greatest challenges. That is why we provide 3 free parking passes to our guests, 2 Ocean Ritz and 1 one for the Large city lot across from the Ritz. I feel the need to clarify how a vacation rental in a condominium works. each unit is individually owned and managed. There is no onsite building manager with the responsibility to interact with guests. That is the responsibility of the owner or the property manager he has hired for that purpose. Had you informed me of your issue with the elevators I would have handled it immediately. You must have been interacting with one of our maintenance personnel although they are provided with I phones so they can be contacted by management to immediately respond to maintenance issues . I will have them instructed again to refer guests to whomever they rented their unit from if a guest approaches them. There is also no lobby or check in desk by design . Ocean Ritz is not operated as a hotel. We hope you will consider staying with us again. We think Ocean Ritz is one of the greatest values in PCB and we work very hard trying to keep it that way. Great family condo overlooking the beach!

Our family loved gathering at Ocean Ritz 1401. The owners were very thoughtful and helped us prepare for a great visit. The balcony is huge, not just wide but also in depth making it a wonderful place for us to eat breakfast and to enjoy the evening breezes. Wonderful condo!
