This is a SIGNATURE community with condos that range from $500,000 to $1,000,000 if they were for sale and a family/mature population. (Please note, this is FIVE STAR community similar to Hyatt/Westin properties. There are many competing properties on this booking site that are in complexes that have "remodels" in old buildings with noise issues ...there is a difference between a signature community and an old economy level to mid level complex that someone put granite counters and new cabinets and furniture).
