BEFORE YOU BOOK. This condo is intended for TWO ADULTS up to 450 lbs maximum total on the KING bed and TWO CHILDREN/SMALL ADULTS under 5'6" and maximum 220 lbs on the pull out. Please feel free to bring an air mattress for the kids!

NO large ADULTS on the pull out. The pull out is 9 years old and not comfortable for lengthy use and cannot support a large adult. It's recommended to bring an air mattress for kids as it may be more comfortable. The sofa itself supports an adult sleeping on top.

Centrally located to all the ski resorts. Minutes from Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge and 25 minutes to Vail. Frisco is the only town that has the Safeway, Walmart and Whole Foods. The condo is minutes away.

Hyatt/Westin type luxury for half of what you would pay slopeside! Timberline Cove is Frisco's signature community with quiet condos.

Condo was excellent!

This condo was lovely and well appointed from the granite counters to the cabinets with no-slam self-closing hardware. The location was very convenient to everything, especially the bike path that was right off the parking lot. My husband rode his bike nearly every day we were there and enjoyed the ease of getting from the condo to the path. We would love to come back to this condo if we are in this area!

Very well equipped condo in convenient location

The building is relatively new construction - everything works, forget about problems with hot water when everybody comes back from ski resorts. Heated garage is another awesome convenience, no need to waste time for digging your car out of the snow. This condo has everything, and kitchen is very well equipped.

Excellent condo for our ski trip!

First, I have to note that the condo was amazingly clean and well-maintained. Kudos to the housecleaner who clearly has an eye to detail.

This is a really spacious condo, with plenty of room for two people to be comfortable. We really appreciated having the second full bathroom, as it made getting ready much more efficient.

The heated garage was a huge perk. We kept all of our ski gear in the car - boots, gloves, helmets - and everything stayed toasty warm without having to lug it around. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciated this at the end of each day - all we had to do was drag our tired and sore selves upstairs!

We usually stay closer to Main St Frisco, but this location has its benefits too - convenient to Whole Foods and Natural Grocers, super easy to get on to 70 to head to Vail and Beaver Creek. There was plenty of parking available on Main Street when we went there for dinner.

I personally, did not find the bed comfortable, but my husband did. Beds are tricky in general, and this was a preference issue, not a quality issue.

Overall very satisfied with the location and the condo was superb! We found it to be a really good value and we would definitely return!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and the amenities of the condo and found the location convenient to everything. Every bed is different. We replaced a queen bed with a King firm Sealy Posturepedic mattress in winter 2016. Most guests are looking for something with support for their back. Over time, with any condo utilized by a variety of guests, all beds start to wear down.....the bed is fairly new.

Definitely a “Keeper”

Pros: The condo was surprisingly larger than the pictures make it appear. For instance, the door shown in the living area is simply access to the back deck. The front door opens onto a long and wide tiled entry way. There was plenty of storage space throughout the condo for all our gear: ski boots and clothing, luggage, toiletries, food. I hate piling up stuff in a small space and then constantly digging to find what I’m looking for. With all the space here, storing everything away was so easy and convenient. Everything in the condo is nicely finished and perfectly clean; this is definitely not your typical run-down, dumpy ski condo. The kitchen is very well stocked from pots, pans and utensils to blender, crock-pot and toaster oven. The washer and dryer were so handy to have after coming in damp from a day of skiing. The hot tubs were lovely — I had dreaded needing to walk across snow and ice to get to them, but it almost appears as though the brick deck is heated (??) since it was completely clear and dry even after a day of light snow. Oh, and I shouldn't leave out the heated garage, elevator and even a hotel-style luggage cart -- heaven compared to schlepping gear up and down snowy stairs.

Cons: In general, the unit is very quiet; we never once heard our next door neighbors (if indeed there were any). However, as with any condo building, early mornings were filled with the sounds of stomping and slamming doors. (The master bedroom faces the outer corridor.) The bed thankfully was not a saggy, baggy hammock; on the other hand, my husband and I both found it a bit too firm for a good night’s rest. This next “con” is truly a matter of taste: The view from the back deck and living room windows is of another condo building, its parking lot and garages, and the “hotel district” of Frisco. If it were summer and we wanted to hang out on a deck, this wouldn’t exactly be my choice.

In short, would I rent this condo again? — You bet!

This is a 'NEWER' PREMIUM level unit in a 'Signature Community' of $400k-$800k condos built in 2007, not to be compared to a remodel in an old building (with their noise issues, lack of appliances in unit, etc). We do not compete with old condo complexes (Like Mountainside, Cedar) or hotel rooms. The unit is comparable with slopeside new units like One Ski Hill Place without their outrageous prices.

This is a 1000 square foot condo with ALL amenities and the feel of being in a Westin/Hyatt like 5 Star property.


Frisco is centrally located to all the resorts: 5 min to Copper, 10 min to Breckenridge and Keystone, 25 min to Vail. This is the locals town. Enjoy your day on the slopes and come home to lower cost upscale restaurants and shopping. Nice restaurants with less wait to be seated (compared with the resort), fast food, fine dining, Starbucks, Wendys, Whole Foods, Safeway and Walmart walking distance. Free Skier Shuttle 1/2 block away.

If you don't have a season ski pass we have places to get discounts on lift tickets for our guests.

Compare these listings carefully. Mountainside, Woodbridge and Creekside are OLD buildings with issues. A remodel in an old building is just that. Compare with our building built in 2007.
