About Stephen Hill
Steve and Ronni are psychotherapists. We both were born in New England, but we met in Southern California, where we lived until we moved to Santa Fe in 2011. We are now 'locals' and as such have tons of recommendations for activities, local attractions, and eating spots for guests who are not as familiar with Santa Fe as we are.
Stephen Hill purchased this Condo in 1990
Why Stephen Hill chose Northeast
Once we first visited Santa Fe in 1987, we realized that we wanted a furnished place close to town that we could visit 4-5 times a year. Clean air, limited traffic, beautiful mountain views, accessibility to art galleries, museums, creative and fine dining as well as active pursuits convinced us that this location was perfect.
What makes this Condo unique
What could be more perfect than a lovely furnished condo close to town that we could visit frequently, share with our friends, and also share with guests when we were back in SoCal working. For many years we participated in a short term rental program managed on site, and now that we live in Santa Fe, we prefer to manage rentals ourselves, because it gives us an opportunity to meet and greet our guests.

New Mexico treat
The property was perfect for my 5 day stay in in New Mexico. I was greeted by Stephen, and he gave me tour of the property. Only drawbacks were the off-site laundry area, and parking was a challenge, but I am used to challenging parking, because I live in the San francisco Bay Area.
This was the perfect fit for our family of 5 looking to ski for the first time.
It was close to skiing, close to downtown shopping and dining, close to the grocery store, and anything else we needed. The condo was clean and simply furnished, not all that updated or fancy, which kept it within our budget. We would definitely stay here again!
Terrific base for exploring Santa Fe
Good location within the Fort Marcy compound. New furnishings and well maintained. Owner is responsive and accommodating.
Clean, Nicely Appointed, Excellent Location For Santa Fe!
Our little family of 3 stayed 5 nights in this condo and enjoyed it very much! The owner personally greeted us in the parking lot when we arrived and even helped carry a few things in from the car. Another family joined us and even with all 6 of us there was plenty of room to be comfortable for a few days. About 5 blocks down the hill is the downtown area... an easy walk getting there, not so much getting back if you're not accustomed to the altitude but if you take your time it's quite enjoyable. The owner is very attentive to questions and is easy to reach, I have no problem recommending this rental to anyone... Thanks for the great accommodations, Stephen!
Very clean, well maintained, everything worked and well stocked
Nice condo, Steven the owner was easy to work with. Would love to come back and stay at the Steven's condo again.
Santa fe Ft March condo
Very comfortable condo, and the owner was very accommodating.
The description was a little misleading, in saying you can walk to the Plaza. Technically true, but unlikely that 90% of the population would be physically able to do so!
Otherwise, it was good and we'll supplied . Beautiful views from the parking area, and nice view from the living room and bedrooms of a stream and trees.
The deck with access from both bedrooms had a great view, but the deck floor was a little unstable, and not suitable for small children, as they could easily slip through and fall to the walk one story below. For adults, no problem.
Great value and a nice condo.
I would have to disagree about the guest's comment on walking to the plaza. The distance is less than a mile. The walk is a bit steep, and someone from sea level should acclimate for a couple of days before attempting such a walk at 7200 feet. However, we have owned the condo for 26 years, have frequently walked downtown with our guests, including people in their seventies and children. Maybe people unaccustomed to exercise or people with serious medical conditions should not attempt the walk.

At last count listed 384 restaurants in Santa Fe! There is something for every taste and wallet, from pizza and burgers to fine dining. Many of the most celebrated restaurants are within walking distance of the downtown plaza. We will be happy to supply recommendations based on your tastes, needs and interests.
One website lists twenty-one museums in Santa Fe and vicinity, many of them world class.
Santa Fe is world famous for its hundreds of art galleries, some of which resemble museums in their size, scope and quality. is a good resource for getting started. A walk down Canyon Road will provide a good representative sampling, and the railyard district gives a very different perspective and flavor.
Sightseeing, shopping, horseback riding, hiking skiing, biking, and just wandering are all great ways to experience “the city different.” the oldest capital in the united states, Santa Fe is the center of New Mexico government. And one to two hours away are casinos, wineries, national monuments and historic towns such as Chimayo and Taos.
