The Shire,West Haven, provides the ideal base for exploring the wonderful world of Disney only 15 minutes away. Close to Disney is Universal Studios, waiting to give days full of excitement and thrills.
An hour west you reach the beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, to the east Coca Beach and Daytona. Also near Coca Beach is Kennedy Space Centre and the chance to see a live space launch.
For the golfers there are numerous courses a short drive away. The closest is 5 minutes away at Champions Gate with the Greg Norman designed National and International courses beside the David Leadbetter Academy and floodlight practice range. Other courses of note close by are Celebration, Mystic Dunes and Falcon Fire.
For the shoppers the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, Prime Outlets, Mall at Millenia and Florida Mall are all within easy reach.
When it comes to eating many of the famous names like Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chilis and Bahama Breeze are all within easy driving distance

Champions Gate: At Champions Gate which is 2 miles from the villa there are a number of shops, bank, restaurants and petrol stations.
Included is a Publix supermarket, Walgreens, RBC Bank, McDonalds, Chilis,BP and 7/11 petrol stations and an off licence.
The owners have recently gone to considerable expense to install a water purification system to supply the whole property - no need to purchase bottled drinking water!

Beautiful house

The house is very clean and spacious! The owner quickly responded to my messages while we were staying there. My kids loved swimming in the pool. It's a great place to stay!

Christmas vacation

Overall, this was a very accommodating property but it could use some deep cleaning. We had pet hair all over our clothes every where we Sat especially the family room. Had to do laundry everyday to get rid of all the pet hair. Also didn’t have much hot water for showers and the temps were in the 30’s. The house was fully equipped with everything else.

Great Home for Family Vacation

Highly recommend this property all! We stayed 9 days here in July and had a great time. The property was just as described and the other reviews are spot on - super clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our party of 7. Check in process was seamless and communication with the owner (Richard) was quick and simple. The back upper deck was great for morning coffee and evening drinks. Pool area very nice and outside furniture in great shape. Close to shopping/restaurants at Champions Gate and only about 15 minutes from Disney (depending on traffic). Appreciate you sharing your home with us.

Family trip

The house was a great place to stay, the home was just enough rooms for my family of 7. We loved the pool area, especially sitting outside enjoying the breeze. We would definitely come back to this home.
