8 FULL ROOMS! The house has air conditioning (new 2013), plenty of parking (3-4 car driveway plus free street parking), a large fenced yard, and is a very short walk to the beach and pool.

FAMILY ROOM:

New couch and love seat (2013). New window treatments (2013) on all 5 windows. Door with access to fully fenced back yard. Giant 50' HDTV with BluRay and DVD with wifi. WiFi included. BluRay DVD player allows access to Netflix and other internet services. The dining area features a large table with super comfy padded seating for 8. Great for family meals or playing games!

KITCHEN:

Fully remodeled (2012) with new cabinets, floors, and countertops. All appliances are new from 2013 (dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.). An assortment of K cups is included for use with the Keurig coffee maker. Includes cookware, dishes and utensils.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

Brand new (2015) LARGE washer and dryer! Detergents and supplies included!

All dogs must be 'well traveled' and accustomed to staying in new and different locations. If this would be the first time your dogs have stayed away from home, please do not book my property. Almost all dogs under 50 pounds are welcomed. Some dogs over 50 pounds are also accepted, but please be sure to mention the specific breed or mix when you send an inquiry. My insurance policy will not allow some breeds and mixes. There is a nonrefundable fee of $100 per dog.

All Weeks are Saturday to Saturday unless specified.

All prices include up to TWO adults and dependent children OR FOUR adults with NO children. An additional $200 weekly fee is added for groups that do not meet this criteria. Great first time Cape May visit.

This was the first time our family had ever been to Cape May and we had no idea what to expect. We are also recent pet owners and we didn't want to leave our new dog behind. We chose this place as it was pet friendly. This was definitely the best choice for us. Great location, being 4 blocks from the dog friendly beach. Fenced in back yard where we could set our little one free without fear of him running off (although he wasn't really used to being off of a leash.) Plenty spacious being 3 BRs for our family of 3 + 1. And the owner, Jeff, was great. He made sure we had everything we needed and offered to come put in the air conditioning unit if it got too warm (it didn't but we certainly appreciated the offer.) He was extremely easy to work with, extremely prompt with his replies and had a quick turn around for refunding our deposit in full. We definitely want to go back to Cape May again some day and this is very likely the place we will choose to stay again.

Great Place

The house is very nice, clean, specious, and has all the essentials needed. The huge fenced back yard was so much joy for our dog. It's close to a dog friendly beach. We really liked the place very much and hope to come back.

Wonderful vacstiom

This is our third time renting from Jeff. Each time has been fantastic. The house is perfect for my family including our dogs. It is always well maintained. It is a short walk to the beach and it was very quiet. I felt as if at times it was our own. The sunsets on the beach are beautiful. There is not a thing i would change. Jeff has always been wonderful! I recommend either of his properties highly!

Best vacation ever

This was our first time staying in North Cape May. We were searching for a pet friendly house and a pet friendly beach. We couldn't have found a better combination. Jeff was fantastic to deal with and very friendly and accommodating. The house was very clean, comfortable and had all the essentials needed. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog. The house is only a few short blocks to the beach. Not sure which was more relaxing: watching the ferry and listening to the horn sound, watching the most incredible sunsets you will ever see or watching the fireworks on the beach. It was just one of the most relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable vacations we have ever had at the shore. Thank you Jeff.

Amazing!

Jeff was great! The house was extremely clean we loved the close and quiet beach for our girls and dogs. Seeing the ferry come in while relaxing on the beach was an added extra. The location was perfect!

Wonderful property, great location!

We have rented from Jeff several times in the past, and have always enjoyed our stays! This house is so spacious, clean and bright. The bedrooms were perfect size, very comfortable mattresses, and plenty of storage space for your clothing. Everyone had plenty of room to relax, prepare meals and snacks, and just enjoy each others company. The completely fenced-in backyard is very relaxing, with a very pretty tree to shade you and your doggy from too much sun, and plenty of room for our furry kid to run around and explore safely. Harpoon Henry's was just a mile away, where we had a great dinner and drinks, listening to Jimmy Buffett songs covered by one of their entertainers. Also, Five West Pub is another great place where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. We love the short walk to the bay beach, and the quiet neighborhood. And Historic Cape May is just a 10-minute drive away! Can't wait to come back!
