This brand new, luxury unit is located within a modern building set among historic row houses in Boston's South End neighborhood and highlights a private roof deck with sweeping city views, a gas grill and patio furniture. Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds with generously sized closets and drawers. In addition, a queen-size sofa bed is available to use in the living room, making this unit a perfect alternative to a large hotel room. The unit has a beautiful tile surround tub and shower combo on the bedroom level and an additional half bath on the main living / kitchen level. The generously sized gourmet kitchen with full breakfast bar is stocked with high-end cooking tools, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The dining table seats four and the living room includes a 42" flat screen HD television (the television in the picture has been replaced).
Most of our units are designed to be interchangeable and each unit has at least one "like-kind" unit within the same building that is similar in size and identical in amenities as well as sleeping capacity. In most cases the unit you have reserved is the unit you will be staying in, however, we reserve the right to put you in a like-kind unit for the term of your rental. If you are given a like-kind unit it is guaranteed to be in the same building and no more than one floor above the unit you have reserved (this only applies to buildings without elevators). If your unit is going to be changed to a like-kind unit you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
All rental units are equipped with wireless internet, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, tea kettles, toasters, microwaves, linens and towels, as well as a guest book with instructions and recommendations. A private washing machine and dryer are located in the unit, tucked discretely under the stairs.
All building and unit doors are on secure, code-activated locks so coordinating key pick-up and drop-off is not necessary. This unit is accessed using stairs (there is no elevator) and is a 4th floor walk-up.
There is parking directly behind the building that may be reserved for an additional charge, but is subject to availability (Click Here to reserve a spot). Parking alternatives are on-street metered spaces or garage parking.
Located in the Worcester Square area of the South End, the unit is a 25 minute walk to the Boston Common, Fenway Park, and the shopping district on Newbury Street; the unit is also less than a 5 minute walk from Boston University Medical Center, and just a few steps from great food including highly regarded tapas restaurant Toro (http://www.zagat.com/r/toro-boston). Central heating and air conditioning will keep you comfortable regardless of the weather, and nearby stops on the Orange and Silver MBTA lines will keep you connected to everything the Boston area has to offer.

Beautiful place, very comfortable
The apartment was very nice and close to the silver line bus, Mikes diner (full of awesome people), we enjoyed our stay a lot. The only complaint I have is there were not enough blankets for the pull out couch. When I emailed the company they said someone would deliver a blanket and they never did. My sister ended up sleeping with a towel. Other than that the place was perfect.
Clean and convenient location.
Nice place. Close to the Orange Line and a quiet neighborhood. Awesome roof top condo!
Great location and set-up for 2 couples Getaway
Everything was as pictured. The rooftop deck includes a table with 4 chairs and BBQ which we enjoyed daily. All bedding and towels were in like new condition. The apartment itself could use some cleaning of marked up walls and the type of minor repairs that come along with the fact that it is a rental property. The air conditioning worked well in the summer heat and the bus connections made travel around the city easy.
Thanks for staying with us. From time to time, we do make minor repairs. It is great that you let us know that we can make some modifications in that specific unit. Nonetheless, it sounds like you had a quality stay with us and a convenient one as well. Feel free to stay with us some time in the future, and thank you for staying with us.
Lovely apartment but parking is ridiculous
The apartment was awesome, very clean and comfortable! I was very disappointed to have to pay to park at the place I was already renting.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The parking space is mainly for rental purposes not necessarily for the guests that are staying in that exact location if that makes any sense. Perfect stay for our group!
This rental was perfect for our long weekend in Boston. Big enough to spread out and be comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinners with friends. Roof deck and balcony were great and safe for kids. We'll definitely rent this property next time we come back to Boston. We had dinners/ BBQ and the open layout was perfect.

Nice and clean
We enjoyed the apartment for our trip to Boston. The neighborhood feel was a nice change from a hotel. The apartment included extra linens which was helpful. The place sleeps 4 comfortably, though only has 3 bar stools and no other real place to sit down besides a bed or couch. The rooftop was amazing, and the balcony off the kitchen was also nice, though would have been better if there were chairs out there. All in all, a good place to stay. I was pleased they were so accommodating in allowing us to drop our luggage off before check in.
The South End is one of Boston’s trendiest neighborhoods boasting some of Boston’s best restaurants and night life, great access to public transit, and is conveniently located within a 20 minute walk to most of Boston’s best tourist locations including Fenway Park, the Charles River, the Freedom Trail and the Boston Common.
