Fully equipped kitchen, dining room with elegant table for 6. Living room has full-size hide-a-bed sofa, 50 inch LED HDTV with 200 channel lineup. Secure Wi-fi included. Cool, comfortable central A/C. Outside there is a barbeque grill and patio furniture so you can enjoy a meal or a drink as you look out over the courtyard garden. 5 minutes from beach and 3 minutes from the upscale Galleria shopping center.

About Greg Davel

Florida is my second home so I come here every month. I purchased this condo in 2011 so that I'd have somewhere to retire when that day comes. In the meantime, I'm renting my future abode to those who want to experience the wonderful South Florida lifestyle for the short or long term.

This is a beautiful condo in the very exclusive Coral Ridge area close to Ft. Lauderdale Beach and situated between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Middle River East of Federal Hwy (U.S. 1). It is close to both Ft. Lauderdale Beach and Ft. Lauderdale by the See and there are lots of nearby shops, restaurants and night life. The building itself is set around a central courtyard garden of palm trees and bushes - a very lush and quiet setting. Peace and tranquility only minutes from the beach and all the action.

Second bedroom also has a new bed with high end mattress, night stand, dresser mirror and closet. Living room has very comfortable Queen sofa bed so condo can sleep 6 though it's ideal for 4 people.

Very comfortable and stylish

Three of us rented this 2/1 second floor condo.

One of our group had to use the sofa bed. It was not comfortable- mattress was too thin and metal bars were his friend for the entire time. A foam mattress topper of good quality (left in the closet to be used as needed) would have done the trick.

Overall, I would rate the condo outstanding. The neighborhood was really nice- folks out walking each morning and upscale houses being built. The kitchen had all we needed for Our cooking.

Everything was clean. Stylish decor and paint scheme. Bedding i.e. Sheets were lovely. There were just enough towels. Although we did not use them, there were beach towels, chairs and boogie boards.

I intend to return next year for the same conference and rent from Greg in another condo in the building ( we really need 2 baths).

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. I will take your advice and get a foam mattress topper for the sofa bed because they do tend to have thin mattresses. So glad you liked everything else and I look forward to seeing you again next year !

It was a beautiful place, safe location and close to everything!

It was nicely decorated with quality beds and furnishings. It was close to everything but quiet neighborhood.

Paying, arriving and leaving was all easy and Alicia was warm and very cordial.

For those considering this property I would have no reservations recommending Gregs property. Had all we really needed, but bring your detergents for laundry and dishwasher, spices, and more towels for bathing.

And know that the grilling area is community for all 9 units. So you take turns grilling. So those things are not negatives, just helping you on your journey as you plan your trip. :)

Very clean and upgraded pet friendly condo.

It was such a pleasure working with Greg. We enjoyed our Christmas vacation at Greg’s condo. The original condo I rented was unavailable because the guest decided to stay longer. Greg upgraded us to a two bedroom/2 bathroom condo at no additional cost. For me and my hubby it is very important that my pet, Scooby, is welcomed and comfortable whenever we go on vacation. Scooby felt very comfortable and at home at Greg's condo. I appreciated the fact the condo is pet friendly this is very, very important for my husband and I. We had all upgraded furniture, appliance, and kitchen utensils. Actually, I over packed and did not use most of what I took to use during the vacation. Our vacation was perfect, and will return to Greg’s condo soon.

Hope this will be helpful to other travellers, if you don’t hear from Greg, don’t panic, he is travelling and will get back to you soon lol

Great Condo!

We stayed in this two bedroom condo for one week and it met all of our expectations! Very nice, clean and renovated condo. In a great location, especially for those looking for something more quiet. Greg is very pleasant and works with you to make the experience great. I really enjoyed staying in this condo and would recommend it to anyone else! A car would be preferable, but we only had one for half the week and were still able to get around quickly as everything is pretty close to this condo. I would definitely stay in this condo again given the opportunity!
