Le Dattier is a contemporary holiday complex which is 5 minutes walk from one of the best beaches on the island, shops and restaurants. It is part of a 4 apartment block with a large communal swimming pool and surrounded by a luscious green garden with beautiful palm trees.The 124 M2 ground floor apartment has 3m ceilings with 2 bathrooms.The living room has a large patio area overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The apartment is fully equipped with satellite, a 37 inch flat screen TV/DVD player with sound surround, HI-FI CD/cassette player,internet, phone (incoming calls only), leather sofas and dining table for 6 and an upright fan. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, all crockery & utensils. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are 2 further double bedrooms. All rooms have fitted air-con and cupboards. The complex benefits from a private tennis court, gym and 24/7 security and maid service.

The front patio is nicely sized, equipped with chairs and tables and has a great view of the pool and garden.This apartment has 24hour Internet and the privilege of a private back patio with barbecue.The complex has a private gate and security guards present 24 hours. There is a private tennis court and gym across the road. A gardener and pool care taker are present within the complex several times a week to ensure the grounds are well maintained and presented. A local Supermarket, cash machines are within walking distance (3 min walk) which is known as the Pasadena with car parking available. Flic en Flac has the nicest beaches of the island and is protected by the surrounding coral reefs. Ample scuba diving centres are available! The sun set in this area is famous throughout the island. The region is protected from the south east trade winds by a chain of mountains which makes the air and sea calm and warm. We also offer transfer to and from the airport.

Absolutely magnificent - it was home to home.

This apartment is wonderful. My sister and family stayed there in 2010 - since then the apartment has been modernised with a new kitchen and other new appliances. The apartment is situated on the ground floor which makes life easier when you come back from shopping with tons of bags. Its close to all amenities, good restaurants, beach and a good central point to get to other parts of the island. Having somewhere nice to stay during your holidays makes all the difference and there was nothing missing in this apartment that you would not have at home. We had a wonderful stay and will be recommending this apartment to all friends and family. Once again thank you for making our holidays such a pleasant experience.

I went on holiday in the month of march to Mauritius for a 3 week period. I stayed at the flick on flac apartments. My first impressions I have to say i was really impressed. The complex looked really fresh and well maintained, the gardens looked well kept, a very clean and good size pool, 24 hour security guard, I love the fact that it was a quiet location where the apartment was but yet walking distance to local shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants and the beach. Apartment itself was modern in my eyes, was well maintained, clean and tidy. Made full use of the wifi facility which was great. Locals were all lovely and very friendly. I had the option to relax or explore If I wanted to go to the beach one day I could as it is literally down the road and if I decided another day I wanted to travel the island and experience the city centre or local markets and culture the bus stop was again walking distance from the apartment . All in all I would defiantly stay again and recommend to others. Personally was the perfect location and place to stay for me.

Great experience, lovely appartment!

Love Mauritius, life is so laid back and people are so friendly!

We spent 18 days in the apartment 22 Le Dattier with our 2 girls (10 and 12 y.o.) beginning of April 2012. The complex is very nice with flowers and a huge swimming pool, perfect for the kids. The apartment was nice and homely. Our top priority is always to have a fully equipped kitchen and we were not disappointed at all as it was modern and clean. All the appliances were working well with the owner's products available for use. Important to add, Mr Valentino has been very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to make sure we could enjoy our experience. Thanks a lot guys!

Not any paradise!

Our experience last year in Eastern Mauritius in Palmar Beach was exellent, but Flic en Flac was something else. Appartment was in principal OK, but worn out! Toilet appliances did not work, gas was finished, reserv bottle was empty, services were not in place as promised, only after serious request, ... Transportation/taxis difficult to get and took some time! Sorry, not any experience we expected!

For several months we have planning a renovation and we shall be adding the following Mid Jan 2013 which will be completed at the end of March 2013:- The Main areas of renovations are:- •Newly Fitted Kitchen •24 hours Water Boiler •Re-touch of all rooms [Paint] •New Curtains and bed linen with a theme in each room •New Sofa's •New Entrance doors and some bedroom doors will be changed. •Fitted mosquito net blinds The pictures on Home and Away rentals will be udated and we hope our other customers will have a more enjoyable time with our added features. Lovely apartment, great location

When you arrive at the apartment, the first thing you walk past is the amazing swimming pool through the gardens so was really excited to be staying in such a nice complex and the apartment itself is lovely. Spacious, well laid out and looked after. It gives you a real feeling of a home away from home and immediately makes you feel relaxed. The kitchen has all the equipment you could possibly need and all the bedrooms are large as is the living room which also has everything you need for a night in if you wish. The terrace is also lovely for breakfast in the mornings and faces the pool. Really can't fault it for a great holiday in flic en flac.

The location of the apartment is great, just a few minutes walk to the supermarket and the beach. The beach is gorgeous with white sandy beaches and turquoise sea just as you would expect and amazing sunsets and is not crowded.

Would highly recommend staying here.

Fanatastic Location

Flic-en-Flac was a lovely location full of locals. The beach was lovely and the water was aquamarine blue. The apartment was clean and homely, it was a home away from home but with a fantastic swimming pool! The beds were so comfortable, every night I slept well.

Mauritius is a perfect year-round holiday destination, located 3000 km off the east coast of Africa just north of the Tropic of Capricorn. Only a 25 minute drive to Port Louis
