The expandable dining room table can seat up to eight with counter seating for an additional two.
The private upper level contains the spacious Master suite with king bed, ensuite bath, huge closet and sitting area with a single daybed with trundle and sitting chair overlooking the lagoon with soothing fountain.
Two additional guest bedrooms and full bath, along with the laundry room, complete this floor. One guest bedroom contains a queen bed, while the other contains a twin over full bunk bed, making this room ideal for the kids, or at least the young at heart. This unit has a maximum occupancy of eight (ideally, four adults and two to four children due to the bed arrangement).
Among the amenities are a private pool and sunning deck adjacent to the building, tons of safe areas for bike riding, as well as the natural area and trail immediately behind the unit, to access Demere Park, Demere Road, Arnold Road and the King and Prince beaches and neighborhoods.
