Tropical Breeze Condo is a large 2 Bed/2 Bath penthouse unit located in the Battery Hill Condominiums complex. This elegantly cozy 9-unit complex is conveniently located on the crest of a hill overlooking the quaint village of Cruz Bay. From this in-town location, it is but a short walk from most of the duty free shopping, fine dining and entertainment options available in Cruz Bay. Tropical Breeze is also just a short walk to Frank Bay beach for sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling!
This comfortable unit boasts a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, modern island decor, a queen sized master bedroom and a pair of twin beds in the large loft bedroom. Visually, the exposed beams and rustic cedar plank cathedral ceiling invoke images of a Vermont barn. Five Hunter ceiling fans spaced throughout the unit supplement the nearly constant natural breezes. For added comfort, there are three air conditioners spaced throughout the unit.
The kitchen at Tropical Breeze kitchen was recently remodeled to include new mahogany cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The gourmet kitchen features all the amenities necessary to satisfy the most demanding cooks. As a guest at Tropical Breeze Condo, you will enjoy luxurious 'home away from home' accommodations and conveniences such as cable TV and WiFi service.
Tropical Breeze is on the top (3rd) floor of the outermost building; as a result, it offers incredible unobstructed views of St. John Harbor, Pilsbury Sound, St. Thomas and the Caribbean Sea. On clear days, St. Croix--nearly 40 miles distant--may be seen on the southern horizon.
Battery Hill's pool deck is a great spot to enjoy cocktails while grilling a burger or some fresh local fish on the nearby Weber grill. After a refreshing dip in the pool, you'll find the Tropical Breeze balcony deck an irresistible spot for alfresco dining, capturing a sunset, watching the moon rise, or gazing at the stars. The views are magical.
Locating a parking spot in downtown Cruz Bay can present the ultimate challenge. Our near-town location means that when you feel it's time to grab a beer or tropical drink at one of the popular pubs, or enjoy a sumptuous meal at one of Cruz Bay's many world-class restaurants, or, perhaps, just do a bit of shopping, it will all be within easy walking distance.
Vacation living at Battery Hill means that renting a vehicle is an option, not a necessity. If you do choose to rent a vehicle, Battery Hill Condominiums offers ample off-street parking. Taxi service from Battery Hill to town and to the VI National Park's spectacular north shore beaches is both readily available and inexpensive. All you really need to do at Tropical Breeze is kick back and enjoy!

Our staff are 'locals' who live on St. John year around who intimately know the island of St. John and specialize in providing unparalleled hospitality services for our guests. We are the experts on St. John and are best equipped to provide knowledgeable, up-to-date advice about all relevant activities, features and amenities which are available to enhance our guests vacation experience.
Building construction on St. John may from time to time occur adjacent to one or more of our rental properties. Presently, there is such a building construction project ongoing adjacent to the Battery Hill Condominiums. This project may cause some objectionable noise at the Panacea Condo and we apologize for this inconvenience but wanted all prospective guests to be fully informed about this issue.
