This house is perfectly located 2 blocks to Main Street in Downtown Huntington Beach. You are close to the Downtown Huntington Beach restaurants, bars and shopping and the new Pacific City but far enough away without the noise and congestion.

Great sized house. Not too little, not too big. Goldilocks would choose to stay here. Two-story home with solid sapele hardwood floors throughout. No disgusting carpet to walk on. Comfortable and clean with a beachy chic decor. All bedrooms are upstairs with the master separated from bedroom #2 and #3. There is a queen sofa sleeper downstairs.

Washer and dryer for your use upstairs.

Alley access with a basketball hoop in the back.

Can park up to 4 cars including 1 inside the garage.

Great place to relax and enjoy one of the best locations in Southern California.

One of the coolest spots in OC.

Please remember that this is a house in a neighborhood, and to be respectful of the neighbors. Consult the contract for more details.

Pride of ownership. I bought it brand new and lived in it for 15 years. It's 'my baby' and I still live in HB.

You can reserve it right now using your credit card. Just click on the yellow 'Book It' button and select your dates.

About Robert Yagar

I grew up in So Cal. My wife is from Colorado, but now you could never get her to leave this area. There is something about being close to the beach that is just relaxing. The weather is rarely a factor here. You just don't have to think about it too often. Shorts during the summer, and a hoodie will usually get you through the winter. Hoodies are good year round, by-the-way.

Robert Yagar purchased this house in 1997

Why Robert Yagar chose Orange County

We have owned and lived in the property since it was built in 1997. It is a great house in a great location in an eclectic downtown beach community. A lot of pride went into making this house really comfortable and easy to enjoy. The furnishings are cozy and I love the sapele hardwood flooring throughout. The yard is all California Natives and love the Mediterranean climate.

What makes this house unique

Being so close to Main Street and Pacific City is a great benefit. Right down the street is also the Hilton and down from that is the Hyatt. These areas have plenty of shopping and dining to the point where I haven't even been able to explore them all. You can pretty much walk to everything.

This is a great location. Outside of being 2 blocks to Main Street and a short walk to the beach and the Huntington Beach Pier, downtown Huntington Beach is located close to all the Orange County attractions such as Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, South Coast Plaza, Orange County Performing Arts Center, Fashion Island Mall, Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove State Park, and Anaheim Stadium. Huntington Beach is one of the best Orange County beaches. It is the city with the longest coastline with excellent waves and lots of sand for sunbathing.

Great place - great location!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time at this house. We were visiting family in Huntington Beach and this was the exact location we needed to be. You can walk downtown or ride the bikes that Robert has available. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Robert was great to work with and very responsive. We also appreciate the wonderful weather he ordered for us! I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to be close to Huntington Beach Pier and the beach. If we are back in the area this is the place we will rent!

The home was perfect! Easy access to beach and shopping.

  • 5 of 5

We loved the home and Robert was very accommodating. The only draw back was no A/C and Huntington was under a heat advisory. We purchased several fans on top of what we brought with us.

The property is gorgeous, close to the beach and shopping, and very well stocked. We would definitely rent here again.

Portland, OR

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and Disneyland.

  • 5 of 5

We were very happy to stay in this quiet, comfortable home! One of my favorite things was to get up early and open all of the doors and windows so I could enjoy the cool air and breeze from one of the two charming patio areas. The house is better than the photos and has a nice, solid feel. It was very clean and well kept devoid of that weird funkiness you can find in beach houses. It was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and beach towels, cruiser bikes, boogie boards, etc were ready for us in the pristine garage. Our whole family enjoyed our time in this house. The owners were super nice as well!
